(4) There shall be no cracks or obvious scratches on the lens. (5) There shall be no bubbles in the middle of the lens, and the edge (within 2mm from the bonding surface) shall not have dense bubbles and dispersed bubbles exceeding the specified size. The maximum size of dense bubbles shall not exceed 0.5mm, and the number of dispersed bubbles of 0.5~~1.5mm shall not exceed 3 on an area of 40mm2.
4.0.4.2 The surface of the sight glass seat shall be smooth and free of burrs, harmful scratches and other defects that reduce strength and connection reliability. 4.0.4.3 Stainless steel sight glasses shall be pickled and passivated, and the entire metal surface shall present a uniform passivation film.
4.0 .5 Pressure resistance test
4.0.5.1 Hydraulic test
Perform the hydraulic test according to the method of 5.0.2.1. There should be no deformation, cracks and leakage. 4.0.5.2 Design strength hydraulic verification test
Perform the test according to the method of 5.0.2.2. There should be no deformation, cracks and leakage. 4.0.6 Air tightness test
Perform the test according to the method of 5.0.3. There should be no deformation, cracks and leakage. Thermal stability test
Perform the test according to 5.0.4. The lens should not break, and there should be no cracks on the lens and the joint surface.
4.0.8*0” type sealing ring is made of nitrile rubber, EPDM rubber, silicone rubber, etc., which is selected by the user according to the requirements of the medium, working temperature, etc. Its size and technical requirements are in accordance with the provisions of GB3452.1.
4.0.9 The connecting studs of the sight glass shall comply with the requirements of Grade 4.8 of GB898, and the nuts shall comply with the requirements of Grade 6 of GB6170.

5.0.1 Appearance inspection
The appearance inspection of the lens shall be carried out by visual inspection with a 5x magnifying glass, and shall comply with the provisions of 4.0.4.1.
5.0.2 Pressure resistance test
5.0.2.1 Hydraulic test
The sight glass shall be installed on a special test device. The test medium shall be clean water or lubricating oil. The pressure gauge shall have an accuracy of not less than Grade 1.5. Two pressure gauges with the same range (preferably 2 times the test pressure) and calibrated and within the validity period shall be used. During the test, the pressure shall be slowly increased to 1.5 times the nominal pressure at a speed not higher than 0.1MPa per second, and the pressure shall be maintained for 3 minutes, which shall comply with the provisions of 4.0.5.1.
5.0.2.2 Design strength hydraulic verification test
According to the method of 5.0.2.1, slowly pressurize the test piece to the nominal pressure, and release the pressure to zero: then slowly pressurize to 2 times the nominal pressure, and then release the pressure to zero, and finally slowly pressurize to 3 times the nominal pressure, and maintain the pressure for 5 minutes; after the inspection meets the requirements of 4.0.5.2, perform the air tightness test according to Article 5.0.3, and it should meet the requirements of Article 4.0.6. 5.0.3 Air tightness test
Install the sight glass on a special test device, the test medium is clean air or nitrogen, the pressure gauge is required according to the requirements of 5.0.2.1, and safety protection measures should be taken during the test. During the test, slowly increase to the nominal pressure at a speed not higher than 1.0 MPa per minute, and maintain the pressure for 1 minute: check with foaming liquid or immersion method, and it should meet the requirements of Article 4.0.6. 5.0.4 Thermal stability test
Place the sight glass in an electric furnace at 180±1℃, keep warm for 15 minutes, and immediately put it in an ice bath at -20±1℃. Repeat 5 times, with each time interval not less than 30 minutes.
