This standard specifies the basic parameters and dimensions of the rotor (hereinafter referred to as the rotor) and synchronous gear of the frequency rod compressor. This standard is applicable to the rotor and synchronous gear of the compressor with a nominal exhaust pressure not higher than 3MPa (30bar) and a nominal flow rate of 0.5-1200m/mia.
2 Basic parameters and dimensions of the rotor
2.1 The basic parameters and dimensions of the common surface profile of the asymmetric point-shaped rotor are in accordance with Figure 1 and Table 2. For the rotor with a nominal diameter of more than 501T1:m, a symmetrical arc shape is adopted, and the basic parameters and dimensions of the end profile are in accordance with Figure 2 and Table 2.
