1 Subject content and scope of application
This standard specifies the series, design parameters, installation dimensions and technical provisions of combined sight glass. This standard is applicable to the chemical, petroleum, pharmaceutical, light industry, machinery and other departments, and is a combined sight glass directly installed on the flange interface of the pipe or pipe fitting with bolts. 2 Reference standards

Sealing surface type and matching pipe flange standard 4.0.3
The sealing surface type of the combined sight glass connected to the pipe flange is type A (convex surface) and type B (concave and convex surface). When type B is used, the sight glass seat is convex and the pipe flange is concave.

PN0.6MPa Mirror Glass, borosilicate glass is allowed, borosilicate glass should comply with SJ-6 "Manufacture and Acceptance Technical Conditions for Mirror Glass". When the mirror seat of Part No. 1 is made of materials other than those specified in this standard, it should be indicated when ordering. The dimensions of the combined mirror of PN0.6~2.5MPa are in accordance with the specifications of Table 7-1~~7-4. The allowable deviation of the center distance of the screw holes of the mirror seat and the clamping ring is as follows: 6. 0.1
.6.0.1.1. The allowable deviation of the center circle diameter of the screw hole and the allowable deviation of the distance between two adjacent holes is ±0.6mm,
6.0.1.2 The allowable deviation of the center distance between any two holes is ±1mm. 6.0.2 The free dimension tolerance of the machined surface shall comply with the 14th grade accuracy of GB1804-79, and the free dimension tolerance of the non-machined surface shall comply with the 16th grade accuracy requirements. 6.0.3 The sight glass for PN1.0~~2.5MPa shall comply with the provisions of HGJ501-86-0 "Technical Conditions for Manufacturing and Acceptance of Tempered Sight Glass". During assembly, the limit gasket should have a predetermined compression rate to ensure sealing. 6.0.4
After assembly, the combined sight glass should be pressure tested according to the nominal pressure level, and the pressure of the water pressure test shall be 1.5 times the nominal pressure. Tube method
