Diameter range: Soft state 0.05mm~14.0mm, light drawing α.50mm~14.0mm Cold drawing 0.5mm~6.0mm4. 2 The allowable deviation of the steel wire diameter shall comply with the provisions of Class 11 (h11) in Table 3 of GB 342. 4.3 The out-of-roundness of the wire shall not be greater than half of the diameter tolerance. 4.4 Each coil of steel wire shall be regular and shall not be scattered or co\ shaped. 4.5 The inner diameter of the steel wire coil shall comply with the provisions of Table 2. 5 Technical requirements
5.1 Chemical composition

5.1.1 The chemical composition (melting analysis) of the steel used for the steel wire shall comply with the provisions of GB1220. GB/T 4240-93
5.1.2 The allowable deviation of the chemical composition of the steel wire shall comply with the provisions of GB 222. 5.2 Delivery status
The steel wire shall be delivered in the delivery status specified in Table 1. Soft state (R): The steel wire is brightly heat treated or pickled and similarly treated after heat treatment. Light drawing (Q): The wire is drawn with a small degree of deformation after heat treatment. Cold drawing (L): After heat treatment, the steel wire is subjected to conventional drawing. 5.3 Mechanical properties

5.3.4 The upper and lower limits of the mechanical properties of straight steel wire and silver bright steel wire are allowed to fluctuate by 10%. 5.4 Surface quality
The surface of the steel wire should be smooth and clean; no scars, folds, scales, cracks, pitting and scratches that are harmful to use are allowed. Individual pitting, scars and scratches with a depth not exceeding half of the diameter tolerance are allowed. Spiral lines and lubricant residues are allowed on the surface of straight steel wire. Ammoniation film is allowed on the surface of martensitic steel wire delivered in a state of delivery. 5.5 Special requirements
5.5.1 According to the requirements of the purchaser, steel wire with mechanical properties within a specific range can be provided. 5.5.2 According to the requirements of the purchaser, austenitic steel wire can be subjected to intergranular corrosion test. The test method shall be agreed upon by the supply and demand parties and stated in the contract. 6 Test method
