Upper hoop: 4 barrel body?5-Lower hoop: 6-barrel bottom
1-barrel cover; 2-closer; 3
5.1 Products should be manufactured according to the drawings and technical documents approved by this standard and the prescribed procedures. 5.2 Appearance
5.2.1 Paper barrels should be round, without obvious defects such as loss of roundness, concave cancer, and deflection. 5.2.2 The handle is smooth, without mechanical damage, wrinkles, and debonding. The paint is evenly applied, without coating, bubbles, and obvious sagging. 5.2.3 The round curling edge has no paper tongue.
5.2.4 The barrel hoop is welded firmly and flatly, without burn-through or virtual welding, and without obvious rust, peeling and cracking. 5.2.5 The closure connection is solid and flexible, and the barrel cover and barrel body are well sealed after closing. 5.2.6 Galvanized barrel hoops and closures should be bright and not fall off. 5.2.7 Printed graphics and words should be clear and even, firmly attached, without any leakage. 5.2.8 The inside and outside of the paper barrel should be clean and oil-free.
5.3 Dimensions and deviations
The dimensions of the paper barrel should comply with the provisions of Article 4.4.1. The limit deviations of dimensions are shown in Table 2. Table 2
Limit deviations
5.4 Stacking performance
Maximum outer diameter of closure
Stacking load: 4900N for first-level paper barrels: 3900N for second-level paper barrels and 3400N for third-level paper barrels. It should not be full or broken for 24 hours, and the long-term deformation of water should not affect the stacking capacity of the paper barrel. 5.5 Drop resistance performance
GB/T 14187 --93
Drop height: 800mm for first-level paper barrel, 600mm for second-level paper barrel, and 400mm for third-level paper barrel. No leakage, no cracking, and no seal. 6 Test method
The following test is for the sample temperature pretreatment conditions: overflow 20±2℃, humidity (65±5)%; time 18h. For drop and stacking tests, the barrel should be filled with a mixture of dry sand and sawdust to 95% of the specified maximum mass and volume, and sealed. The temperature and humidity of the mixture are consistent with the sample pretreatment conditions.
6.1 Stacking test
Performed in accordance with GB/T 4857.3.
6.2 Drop test
Performed in accordance with GB/T4857.5. First, any point of the bottom edge of each barrel should be made to hit the ground; then, a point of the outer edge of the top surface of each barrel adjacent to the handle of the equalizer should be made to hit the ground. 7 Inspection rules
7.1 Products must be inspected and qualified by the quality inspection department of the production plant according to this standard before they can leave the factory. 7.2 Product inspection is divided into factory inspection and type inspection. The items are shown in Table 3. Table 3

Appearance, size and deviation
All requirements
Carry out according to the normal inspection secondary sampling plan in GB2828, see Table 4. The transfer rules and the disposal after batch inspection shall comply with the provisions of 4.6.3 and 4.12 of GB2828. Table 4
Grouping number
Dimensions and tolerance
Note: For paper barrels used for packaging and cutting unit transportation, the maximum outer diameter of the closure is inspected one by one, and those that do not meet the standards cannot be used for packaging and unit transportation. 7.3.3 Sampling
Perform according to Article 4.9 of GB2828.
7.3.4 Determination
Perform according to Articles 4.11.1, 4.11.2, and 4.11.4 of GB2828. 7.4 Type inspection
7.4.1 Type inspection should be carried out in the following circumstances: a. When a new product or old product is transferred to the factory for trial production and identification; b.
After normal production, if there are major changes in materials, structure, and process that may affect product performance, it should be carried out once a year during normal production;
When production is resumed after a long-term suspension!
GB/T 14187-93
e. When there is a significant difference between the factory inspection results and the previous type inspection, the national quality supervision and inspection agency proposes a requirement for type inspection. f
7.4.2 Sampling plan and judgment rules
7.4.2.1 The sampling plan and judgment rules for the appearance, size and deviation inspection of paper barrels shall be carried out in accordance with Article 7.3. 7.4.2.2 The sampling plan and judgment rules for the stacking performance and drop performance inspection are shown in Table 5. Table 5

Marking, packaging, transportation and storage
8.1 Marking
Sample size
The following markings should be printed on the paper barrels leaving the factory: manufacturer name, product name, production year and month, product code, qualified mark 8.2 Packaging
Package in pallets or negotiate with the user.
8.3 Transportation and storage
Products should be stored and transported away from rain, exposure, moisture and pollution, and should be protected from scratches by sharp objects. They should be stacked vertically, with the upper and lower openings aligned. Cross stacking is strictly prohibited. The height from the ground should be greater than 150mm when stored in the warehouse. Additional instructions:
