3 Technical requirements
3.1 The unit shall be manufactured in accordance with the provisions of this standard and in accordance with the drawings and technical documents approved through the prescribed procedures. 3.2 The unit shall be able to operate normally for a long time under the following maximum load operating conditions: Maximum ambient temperature 43C;
b. Water-cooled refrigeration The maximum water inlet temperature of the condenser is 33C; the maximum evaporation temperature shall comply with the provisions of ZBJ73030. c.
3.3 The refrigeration compressor of the unit shall comply with the provisions of ZBJ73002 and ZBJ73030. 3.4 The steel welded pressure vessels such as the condenser, oil separator, oil cooler and oil storage tank of the unit shall comply with the provisions of ZBJ73003 and other relevant standards.
3.5 The electrical and control components of the unit shall comply with the provisions of relevant product standards, and shall be sensitive, safe and reliable. The refrigeration system of the unit shall be airtight, clean, dry, and leak-free during operation. 3.7
3.8The adjustment range of the unit's refrigeration capacity: 15%~~100% of the nominal refrigeration capacity. 3.9When the power supply voltage deviation is specified as -10% to +5% of the rated value, it shall be ensured that the unit can start and operate normally. 3.10Under the nominal working condition of the water-cooled unit, the noise shall not be greater than the value specified in Table 1, and the noise under the nominal working condition of the air-cooled unit shall be 4dB(A) greater than the value specified in Table 1.

3.12 The lubricating oil used in the unit shall comply with the oil specifications in ZBE34003 or other applicable oil specifications 91
3.13 The quality of the refrigerant used in the unit: R12 shall comply with the provisions of GB7372, R22 shall comply with the provisions of GB7373, and R717 shall comply with the provisions of GB536.
3.14 The water quality used in the unit shall comply with the provisions of GBJ50. 3.15 The energy regulation device of the unit shall be flexible and reliable. 3.16 The safety valve of the unit should be sensitive, leak-proof, safe and reliable. 3.17 The inside of the unit should be clean, and a gas filter should be installed at the air intake to ensure the cleanliness of the inhaled gas. The cleanliness of the refrigeration compressor should not exceed the requirements of Table 2; the cleanliness per unit area of ​​the condenser, oil cooler, oil separator, oil reservoir, valve and connecting pipes should not exceed 800mg/m2. Among them, the condenser and oil cooler are calculated according to their heat exchange area, and the oil separator, oil reservoir, valve and connecting pipes are calculated according to their inner surface area.

3.18 The lubrication system of the unit should have reliable oil supply and an oil filter should be installed to ensure clean oil supply. Units using R12 and R22 refrigerants should also be equipped with electric heaters to ensure reliable oil supply when starting the unit in winter. 3.19 After the unit is assembled, its refrigeration system should be tested for airtightness to ensure that the refrigeration system is leak-free. 3.20 Technical requirements for motors matching open units shall be in accordance with the provisions of GB755 and GB1032, and the matching motors for semi-enclosed units shall comply with the provisions of relevant standards.
3.21 The refrigerant side of the housing of the matching motor of the semi-enclosed unit shall be subjected to pressure resistance test and airtightness test. The pressure of the pressure resistance test shall be 1.5 times the design pressure of the exhaust side of the refrigeration compressor body; the airtightness test pressure shall be equal to the design pressure. 3.22 The insulation resistance of the semi-enclosed unit terminal to the shell shall not be less than 5MQ. 3.23 There shall be no breakdown and flashover when the electrical strength test of the terminal to the shell of the semi-enclosed unit is carried out. 3.24 The manufacture of the control cabinet matching the unit shall comply with the requirements of ZBJ73040. 3.25 The fan of the air-cooled unit shall comply with the provisions of relevant standards. 3.26 The water pressure loss of the cooling water passage in the condenser of the water-cooled unit shall be less than 0.1MPa under nominal working conditions. 3.27
The protection items of the unit shall at least include:
main motor overload protection;
high and low pressure protection;
oil pressure difference protection;
oil temperature over-temperature protection.
3.28The outer surface of the unit shall be painted, and the paint layer shall be smooth. 3.29When the unit is supplied as a complete set, it shall include: a.

3.30If the user complies with the rules for transportation, storage, installation and use of the product, within 18 months from the date of shipment from the manufacturer and when the actual working time of the unit does not exceed 8000h, if the unit is damaged or cannot work normally due to poor manufacturing (except wearing parts), the manufacturer shall replace or repair it free of charge.
4 Inspection rules
General requirements
The parts, components and the whole unit of the unit shall be inspected by the technical inspection department of the manufacturer in accordance with this standard and relevant standards and technical documents, and shall be allowed to leave the factory only after they are qualified.
4.2 Inspection classification

4.4 Type Test
New products or finalized products that have undergone major reforms and have an impact on performance shall be subjected to type tests. Only after passing the appraisal can they be formally produced. The type test time shall not be less than 100 hours.
4.5 Sampling Test
4.5.1 The batch-produced units shall be subjected to sampling inspection to check the stability of the production process. The inspection time shall not be less than 48 hours. 4.5.2 The number of products of the same model produced within one year shall be regarded as an inspection batch, and the sampling time shall be evenly distributed in one year. 515

5.1 Each unit shall have a nameplate fixed on a conspicuous and flat position. The size of the nameplate shall comply with the provisions of JB8. The following contents shall be marked on the unit nameplate:
