National Standard of the People's Republic of China Test method of electric properties of transmitting tubes Test method of synchronizing pulse compression Measurements of the electricel properties of trausmitting tubesMethods of measuring the press of synchronizing pluseSubject content and scope of application This standard specifies the test method of synchronizing pulse compression of transmitting tubes. This standard applies to transmitting tubes used in television transmitting equipment. 2 Referenced standards GB/T3789.1 Test method of electric properties of transmitting tubesGeneral provisionsGB6277 Measurement method of television transmitters 3 Terminology Synchronizing pulse compressionpress of synchranizing pluseGB/T 3789: 31—91bzxZ.net Synchronizing pulse compression refers to the difference between the midpoint amplitude of the synchronizing signal of the radio frequency modulated wave and the standard value, expressed as a percentage. The nominal value of the synchronizing signal amplitude of the radio frequency modulated wave is 25% of the radiation level of the synchronizing item. Test block diagram Test block diagram is shown in Figure 1. Test signal generator Waveform monitor State Administration of Technology Supervision 1991-0 8-15 Approved Actuator Tested tube amplifier Synchronous pulse compression test block diagram Test load Shooting question or network Monitor 1992-04-01 Implementation Test equipment and test rules GB/T3789.31-91 Test equipment and test rules should comply with the provisions of GB/T 3789.1 and Chapter 4 of GB6277. 6 Test steps 6.1 Apply voltage to each pole according to the specification. 6.2 Test signal generator Test signal K (u=0mV, 700mV) as shown in Figure 2. my 12μs- Figure 2 Test signal (flat field signal) 6.3 Adjust the amplifier of the tube under test to the specified working state (the synchronization top power reaches the specified value). 6.4 Read the peak-to-peak value of the RF voltage at the synchronization level and the anti-gap level displayed on the oscilloscope screen respectively (as shown in Figure 3). Figure 3 Data processing Use the data obtained in Article 6.4 to calculate the synchronization pulse compression value according to formula (1): Synchronization pulse compression = "1 Where: A- -peak value of RF voltage at synchronization level, V: (AB) 1×100% GB/T 3789.31-91 -peak value of RF voltage at blanking level, V. Note: Synchronization pulse compression is calculated according to the minimum value of (A-H) in each measurement. When A-B>0.25 A, the maximum value of (A-B) should be taken for calculation.
