4 Technical requirements

4.1 The jigger shall meet the requirements of this standard and be manufactured in accordance with the drawings and technical documents approved by the prescribed procedures. 4.2 Working conditions of the jigger
Ironware, debris and materials with excessive particle size must be removed before the raw coal is selected. 4.2.2
Feeding must be continuous and uniform.
Clean the screen plate in time and keep the screen holes unobstructed. 4.3 The structure of the jigger should ensure that:
The pulsating water flow is evenly distributed in the jigger compartment; it is equipped with an automatic discharging device controlled by a single-loop controller; the jigger system and wind and water volume of each compartment can be adjusted separately; the jigger frequency can be changed;
it can be connected to a centralized control system;
it is convenient for inspection and repair.
4.4 There should be no leakage in the welds and bolted joints in contact with water and gas. 4.5 Requirements for major components
4.5.1 Valve seat
The size from the bottom of the valve seat to the center of the valve seat is 535575mm, with a deviation of ±0.12mm, 4.5.2 Rotor
The outer diameter of the rotor is Φ175~Φ500mm, with a deviation of =8mm. 4.5.3 Float
The density of the float should be adjusted to 1.30±0.01g/cm* before leaving the factory. 4.6 The deviation of the length, width and diagonal dimensions of the machine body of the middle coal section and the grinding stone section shall not exceed 3mm. The position of the guide plates of each chamber of the machine body must be consistent, and the mutual offset between the guide plates of adjacent chambers shall not exceed 10mm. 4.7
The discharge device should operate flexibly without blocking, and the movement of the float and the rotary gate should be coordinated. 4.8
The air valve device should operate flexibly and have good sealing. The gap between the rotor and the bushing is not more than 0.30mm, and the adjustment is correct and reliable. The air valve adopts differential adjustment, and its adjustment range is 1.0~1.9. Phase adjustment can be made between air valves. 4.10 The lubricity of moving parts should be good.
The surface of the product is painted with apple green paint, and the specific requirements for painting are implemented in accordance with JB2299. 4.12 In the case of exhaust duct, the measured noise under no-load condition shall not exceed 85dB(A) (sound pressure level) 4.13
The service life of the jigger before the first overhaul shall not be less than 45 months. 5 Completeness
The jigger shall include:
Jigger body;
Electrical equipment;
Spare parts and special tools;
Random technical documents;
Exhaust duct shall be provided according to the contract requirements.
6 Safety requirements

6.3 The insulation requirements of electrical equipment shall comply with national regulations. 4
7 Inspection rules

7.1 In order to check whether the jigger meets the requirements of this standard, the manufacturer shall conduct factory inspection and type inspection. 7.2 Each jigger shall be inspected before delivery, and the inspection items shall comply with the provisions of Articles 4.5 to 4.11 of this standard. When otherwise agreed with the user, the factory inspection may be increased or decreased. Each product can only be shipped after passing the inspection, and is accompanied by a product quality certificate. 7.3 Type inspection shall comply with the requirements of Chapters 3, 4, 5 and 6 of this standard. Type inspection shall be carried out in any of the following circumstances. After formal production, if there are major changes in structure, materials and processes that may affect product performance; a.
b. During normal production, a type inspection shall be carried out after every 50 units are produced; C. When the product is resumed after a long period of suspension; When the national quality supervision agency proposes a requirement for type inspection. d.
8 Test method

9 Marking, packaging, transportation and storage
Fix the product nameplate in a conspicuous position on the jig, and its contents shall include: 9.1
a. Manufacturer name;
b. Product model and name;
Main technical specifications;
d. Date of manufacture;
e. Product number.
9.2 The jig shall be disassembled into a form that is convenient for transportation before shipment. 9.3
Before disassembly, each component shall be marked with the assembly position. The machine body shall be partially packaged, and the exposed processing surface shall be coated with anti-rust grease and wrapped with plastic cloth. 9.4
The transmission device, air valve, electrical equipment, small parts, random technical documents, etc. shall be packed in the packaging box. 9.6 The random technical documents shall be packed in plastic bags and put into wooden boxes, and the words "Technical documents here\" shall be marked on the surface of the box. The random technical documents include:
a. Complete set delivery list and packing list;
b. Product certificate;
Product installation and operating instructions;
d. Product installation diagram.
9.7 The jig machine delivery label and the outer wall of the packaging box shall indicate the following contents:a.
Receiving unit and destination;
Manufacturer name;
Product model and name;
Manufacturing date and factory number;
Contract number, box number:
Net weight, gross weight, overall dimensions, etc., and indicate the lifting line and the words "Do not invert\". f.
9.8 The packaging of the jig machine should be able to prevent deformation during transportation and facilitate lifting. 9.9 When storing the jig, rain protection measures should be taken, and electrical equipment should be placed in a clean and dry room to prevent the product from rusting and being damaged during storage. 10.1 The manufacturer should ensure that the jig meets the requirements of this standard when it leaves the factory. 10.2 If the user complies with the relevant provisions of the jig for transportation, storage, installation and use, within two years from the date of shipment from the manufacturer and within six months from the date of commissioning, if the product is damaged or fails to work properly due to poor manufacturing quality, the manufacturer should be responsible for repairing or replacing parts for the user free of charge.
