This standard specifies the model and basic parameters, technical requirements, safety and environmental protection requirements, test methods and inspection rules of vertical cutting machines (hereinafter referred to as cutting machines).
This standard applies to vertical cutting machines for cutting rubber-coated fiber cord fabrics and rubber-coated canvas. 2 Reference standards

3.1 The model and representation method of the cutting machine shall comply with the provisions of GB/T12783. 3.2 The cutting machine The basic parameters should conform to the provisions of Table 1. Table 1

4 Technical requirements

The cutting machine should conform to the technical requirements of this standard and be manufactured according to the drawings and technical documents approved by the prescribed procedures. 4.1
4.2 The cutting accuracy of the cutting machine shall comply with the provisions of Table 2. Table 2

4.3 The feeding device shall have an adjustable mechanism for feeding length and meet the requirements of feeding length in Table 1. 4.4 The clearance between the front plane of the center frame and the matching surface of the cutting frame shall be guaranteed to be 0.05~0.20mm. 4.5 The cutting machine shall have a continuous cloth feeding device, and its cloth feeding speed shall meet the requirements in Table 1. 4.6 The cutting machine shall have a cloth storage mechanism, and its cloth storage capacity shall meet the requirements in Table 1. 4.7 After the cloth pressing plate and the cloth pressing surface of the cutting frame are pressed together, the maximum clearance value shall not exceed 0.15mm. 4.8 The movement of the transmission system shall be stable and reliable. 4.9 The appearance quality of the cutting machine shall comply with the provisions of HG5-1541. 4.10 The painting quality of the cutting machine shall comply with the safety and environmental protection requirements of ZBG95010.
5.1 The structure and configuration of each mechanism of the cutting machine shall ensure the convenience of its installation, operation and maintenance. 5.2 The brake mechanism of the cutting machine shall be sensitive and reliable, and can stop the cloth feeding or cutting knife at any position. 5.3 The noise sound pressure level of the cutting machine during operation shall not be greater than 85dB (A). 6 Test methods
6.1 Idle operation test
6.1.1 After each machine passes the general assembly inspection, a continuous idle operation test of no less than 30 minutes shall be carried out.6.1.2 The following items shall be checked during the idle operation test: Check the number of cuts and the cutting angle according to the provisions in Table 1; a.
b. Check according to Articles 4.4, 4.7, and 4.8, and they shall comply with their provisions; Check the safety and noise pressure level during operation according to Article 5, and the detection method of the noise pressure level shall be in accordance with the provisions of c
in HG/T2108.
6.2 Load operation test
Only after the idle operation test is passed can the load operation test be carried out. The load operation test is allowed to be carried out in the user unit. 6.2.2
The following items should be checked during the load operation test: 6.2.3
Check the basic parameters as specified in Table 1; a.
Cut at least 5 pieces of tape in each of the three cutting widths specified in Table 2 and check the limit deviation of the cutting width; Check the safety and noise sound pressure level as specified in Article 5, and the detection method shall comply with the provisions of HG/T2108. 7 Inspection rules
Factory inspection

7.1.1 Each product must be inspected before leaving the factory. 7.1.2 The factory inspection shall be carried out in accordance with the provisions of 4.9, 4.10 and 6.1. 7.1.3 Each product shall be inspected and qualified by the quality inspection department of the manufacturer before leaving the factory. The product shall be accompanied by a certificate proving the quality of the product when leaving the factory.
7.2 Type inspection
7.2.1 The type inspection items shall be inspected in accordance with the requirements of this standard. 7.2.2 Type inspection shall be carried out in the following cases: a.
Trial type inspection of new products or old products transferred to the factory for production Determined; after formal production, if there are major improvements in structure, materials, and processes that may affect product performance: During normal production, one unit should be sampled and tested every three years; When production is resumed after three years of suspension; d
When there is a significant difference between the factory inspection result and the last type inspection: When the national quality supervision agency proposes a requirement for type inspection, f.
7.2.3 When the sample test fails, two more units should be sampled and tested. If there are still failures, the batch of products should be inspected one by one. 8 Marking, packaging, transportation, purchase and storage
8.1 Each product should have a product label fixed in an appropriate and obvious position. The type, size and technical requirements of the label should comply with the provisions of GB/T13306.
8.2 The basic contents on the product label should include: a.
Manufacturer name or trademark;
b. Product name and model;
c. Main parameters of the product;
a. Manufacturing date;
e. Product factory number
8.3 The quality of product packaging should comply with the provisions of HG5-1543.8.4 The packaging, storage and transportation graphic signs of the product should comply with the provisions of GB191 and GB6388.8.5 Before installation, the product should be stored in a ventilated and dry place without fire source and corrosive gas. Rain protection measures should be taken when stored in the open air. 9 Others
Under the condition that the user complies with the relevant requirements for transportation, storage, installation and use, the product warranty period is 12 months from the installation, and no more than 18 months from the date of arrival of the product.
