This standard is a recommended coal industry standard, of which Articles 4.2, 4.4, 4.6 and 4.7 are mandatory clauses. This standard is equally valid as MT376--1999 Technical Conditions for Blasting Busbars, and users can choose to use products produced in accordance with these two standards.
The outer sheath of the products specified in this standard is made of flame-retardant chloroprene rubber to avoid underground fire accidents caused by the continuous combustion of the blasting busbar, thereby fundamentally eliminating safety hazards.
This standard was proposed by the Science and Technology Development Department of the China Coal Industry Association. This standard is under the jurisdiction of the Coal Industry Coal Mine Safety Standardization Technical Committee. This standard specifies the models, specifications, technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules, marking, packaging and storage of flame-retardant explosion busbars for coal mines (hereinafter referred to as busbars).
This standard applies to copper core flame-retardant explosion busbars for coal mine blasting operations. 2 Normative references

3.1 Product model and specification

4.1 Conductor

4.1.1 The conductor shall meet the requirements of TR type copper wire in GB3593. The conductor shall be tinned and the surface of the conductor shall be smooth. The maximum diameter of the conductor single wire shall meet the requirements of the 5th conductor in GB/T3956. 4.1.2
The pitch diameter ratio of the stranded conductor shall comply with the provisions of Table 2. It is recommended that the strand lay direction of the conductor be the same as that of the double-twisted conductor, and the outer layer lay direction is left-handed. 4.1.3

4.1.4 The resistance of each core conductor at 20°C shall comply with the requirements of the 5th type conductor in GB/T3956. 4.2 Insulation
4.2.1 The core must be extruded with an insulation layer, and the rubber insulation shall comply with the provisions of XJ-00A type in GB7594.2. Outer layer
4.2.2 The insulation thickness shall comply with the provisions of Table 1. The average insulation thickness shall not be less than the nominal value, and the thinnest thickness shall not be less than 90% of the nominal value-0.1 mm.
4.2.3 The insulation resistance at 20℃ shall not be less than 160M2·km. 4.3 Cable core
The twisted pitch ratio of the cable core shall not be greater than 10.
4.4 Sheath

4.4.1 The cable core must be covered with a sheath layer. The sheath is a single-layer structure, and the performance of the rubber sheath shall comply with the XH-03A type specified in GB7594.7.
4.4.2 The sheath thickness shall comply with the provisions of Table 1. The average sheath thickness shall not be less than 85%-0.1mm of the nominal value. 4.5 Outer diameter
The average outer diameter of the busbar shall be within the range specified in Table 1. 4.6 Power frequency voltage
The busbar shall withstand a 5min, 5.0kV power frequency voltage test without being broken down. 4.7 Busbar flame retardancy
Busbar flame retardancy shall meet the various test requirements in the MT386 standard, and the height of the carbonized part after the bundled combustion test shall not exceed 2.0m.
4.8 Marking abrasion resistance
After wiping, the marking shall remain obvious and clear. 5 Test method
5.1 Conductor DC resistance measurement
Perform according to GB/T3048.4.
5.2 Insulation resistance measurement
Perform according to GB/T3048.5 or GB/T3048.6. 5.3 Power frequency voltage test
Perform according to GB/T3048.8.
5.4 Surface marking abrasion resistance test
Wipe the surface marking with a ball of absorbent cotton or a piece of cotton cloth soaked in water for 10 consecutive times, and observe the clarity of the surface marking. 5.5 Busbar structure dimensions
5.5.1 Outer diameter
Take a busbar sample at each of the three locations at least 1m apart in the sample and measure it according to the method specified in GB/T2951.1. The arithmetic mean of the measured values ​​is taken as the average outer diameter, and the result should be accurate to 2 decimal places. 5.5.2 Conductor single wire diameter
Take 5 single copper wires from the busbar sample and measure it according to the method specified in GB4909.2. The average of the 5 test values ​​is taken as the single wire diameter of the conductor, and the result should be accurate to 3 decimal places. 5.5.3 Insulation thickness
Take a busbar sample at each of the three locations at least 1m apart in the sample and measure it according to the method specified in GB/T2951.1. The insulation thickness of both wire cores should be measured.
Take 3 sections of insulation samples from each insulated wire core, and the average of the 18 values ​​measured is taken as the insulation thickness. The result should be accurate to 3 decimal places. The minimum value of all measured values ​​is taken as the thickness value of the thinnest insulation. 5.5.4 Sheath Thickness
Take 1 section of busbar sample from each of the 3 locations at least 1m apart in the sample according to GB/T2951.1. The arithmetic mean of the 18 values ​​measured from the three sheath specimens is taken as the average sheath thickness, and the result should be accurate to 3 decimal places.

6 Inspection rules
6.1 Inspection classification
The inspection of busbar is divided into type inspection, sampling inspection and routine inspection. 6.2 Type inspection (T)
Type inspection should be carried out in any of the following cases: when a new product is being tested for type identification or when an old product is transferred to another factory for production; a)
After formal production, if there are major changes in the process, formula, and structure that may affect product performance; c
When the product inspection certificate is replaced;
d) When the supply and demand parties have disputes over product quality and need arbitration; e) When the national quality and technical supervision department makes an inspection request. 6.3 Sampling inspection (S)
The sampling base is at least 3 plates. If the initial sampling inspection result is unqualified, the sampling should be doubled and the unqualified items should be inspected for the second time. If it is still unqualified, 100% inspection should be carried out. 6.4 Routine inspection (R)
Product quality can only be shipped after being inspected and qualified by the quality inspection department of the manufacturer and attached with a quality inspection certificate. The quality inspection certificate shall at least include the following contents:

Product marking shall include the following:

c) Safety mark permit number.
The printing must be clear and resistant to abrasion, and the printing interval shall not exceed 1 m. 7.3 Packaging mark

8 Packaging, delivery, transportation and storage
8.1 Packaging
8.1.1 The busbar shall be neatly wound on the busbar delivery tray in accordance with GB4005. The busbar ends shall be tightly sealed, and the length exposed outside the busbar delivery tray shall meet the requirements of the power frequency voltage test. 8.1.2 The busbar can be supplied in rolls, and the busbar ends shall be properly packaged. The weight of each roll shall not exceed 80kg. The shortest busbar in each roll shall not be less than 50m, and the number of busbar sections shall not be more than 2.
8.1.3 The busbar delivery tray shall be attached with the packaging mark specified in Article 7.3 of this standard. The correct rotation direction of the busbar delivery tray shall be marked on the busbar tray.
8.2 Delivery length
8.2.1 Delivery shall be based on the agreed length between the supply and demand parties. 8.2.2 In the absence of an agreement, the minimum length of each reel shall not be less than 100m, and the short section length shall not be less than 50m. 8.3 Transportation and storage
The busbar should be suitable for transportation by various means of transportation. During transportation and storage, attention should be paid to: a) Prevent moisture from entering the busbar;
Prevent severe bending and other mechanical damage; Prevent high temperature and exposure to sunlight.4 Routine inspection (R)
Product quality can only leave the factory after it has passed the inspection by the quality inspection department of the manufacturer and attached with a quality inspection certificate. The quality inspection certificate should at least include the following contents:
