5 Inspection rules
5.1 Inspection classification
Items (1), 2), (3), and (4) in Table 1 are factory inspection items; items (5), (6), and (7) are periodic inspection items, which are inspected once a month. All items in Table 1 are type inspection items. If one of the six situations specified in Article 6.6.1 of GB1.3 occurs, type inspection should be carried out. Among them, during normal production, it should be carried out once a year. 5.2 Sampling method
Random sampling is carried out in batches. The manufacturer considers uniform products mixed once as a batch, and the user considers products with the same batch number N
from the same manufacturer as a batch. The number of samples shall not be less than V (N is the number of barrels of each batch of products). When sampling small batches of products, the number of samples shall not be less than 3 barrels; if the whole batch of products is less than 3 barrels, samples shall be taken from each barrel. 3
W.HG2284—92
When taking samples, be careful not to let foreign impurities fall into the product. Use a stainless steel sampling tube to probe from the top, middle and bottom. After carefully mixing the samples, take about 100g and put them in two clean and dry brown glass bottles at the factory. Seal the bottle mouth with paraffin wax and label it with the product name, batch number and sampling date. One bottle is for inspection and the other is kept for future reference. 5.3 Factory inspection
Vat Brilliant Green 3B ultrafine powder should be inspected by the quality inspection department of the manufacturer. The manufacturer should ensure that the quality of all Vat Brilliant Green 3B ultrafine powder shipped out of the factory meets the requirements of this standard and attach a quality certificate in a certain format. 5.4 Re-inspection
If the inspection results do not meet the requirements of this standard, samples should be taken from twice the amount of packaging barrels for re-inspection. Even if only one indicator in the re-inspection result does not meet the requirements of this standard, the entire batch of products cannot be accepted. 5.5 User Acceptance
Users have the right to verify the quality of the received V-Brilliant Green 3B ultrafine powder according to the provisions of this standard. When the supply and demand parties have objections to the product quality, they can negotiate to resolve the dispute. When arbitration is required, the arbitration institution shall be determined by negotiation between the two parties. The arbitration method shall be carried out in accordance with the provisions of this standard.
6 Marking, packaging, transportation, purchase and storage
6.1 The product packaging barrel shall be painted with a firm and clear mark, indicating the manufacturer's name, product name, registered trademark, standard number, production date, batch, specification, net weight, gross weight, and attached with a product quality certificate. 6.2 V-Brilliant Green 3B ultrafine powder is packed in an iron barrel lined with a plastic bag. The plastic bag should be tightly tied and sealed with a cover. The net weight of each barrel is 25kg. 6.3 Be careful when transporting, prevent fire, sun and rain, and do not damage the packaging. 6.4 The product should be stored in a cool, dry and ventilated warehouse. Additional Notes:
This standard was proposed by the Science and Technology Department of the Ministry of Chemical Industry of the People's Republic of China. This standard is under the technical jurisdiction of the Shenyang Chemical Research Institute of the Ministry of Chemical Industry. This standard was drafted by the Dye Factory of Jilin Chemical Industry Company. The main drafter of this standard is Wang Shufan.
