This standard specifies the definition, product classification and model, requirements, test methods, inspection rules, marking, packaging, transportation and storage of polyvinyl chloride (PVC) door and window handles (hereinafter referred to as handles). 5 Requirements
5.1 Materials
5.1.1 The handle shall be made of ZZnA14Cu1Mg specified in GB/T16746 and 2AISi12 specified in GB/T9438, as well as metal materials with strength not lower than the above materials.
The base shall be made of the same material as the handle or engineering plastics with mechanical properties not lower than polyoxymethylene. 5. 1.2
5.1.3 The square shaft shall be made of Q235 cold-drawn square steel specified in GB/T905. 5.1.4
The surface powder spray coating shall be polyester type (excluding modified polyester) powder coating. 5.2 Appearance
After the product is installed, the exposed surface shall not have obvious scratches, sand holes, pits and other defects. 5.2.1
The color of the coating is uniform and there should be no defects such as bubbles, dripping, peeling, paint heaping, orange peel, etc. 5.22
The coating is uniform and there should be no defects such as bottom exposure, yellowing, and burning. 5.2.4F
The surface color of the anodized film is uniform and there should be no defects such as burning. 5.3 Dimensional deviation
5.3.1 The limit deviation of the un-toleranced dimensions shall be in accordance with the m grade specified in GB/T1804. 5.3.2 The size of the square shaft shall be 7~0.osmm×7-0.05mm. 5.4 Performance
5.4.1 Corrosion resistance
The corrosion resistance grade of the metal coating shall reach 72h8 grade. 5.4.2 Film thickness
The thickness of the surface anodized film shall not be less than AA15μm. 5.4.3 Coating Adhesion
The coating adhesion shall not be less than Grade 1.
5.4.4 Matching Function
a) When the handle is in the set positioning position, the angle between the handle centerline and the standard axis shall not be greater than 2°. b) The lock core has a locking effect when in the locked position, and the opening and closing are flexible and reliable. c) The cover piece and the base are tightly matched and shall not be loose or fall off by themselves. 5.4.5 Turning Force
When turning the handle, the turning torque of the non-elastic point is 0.2~0.5N·m, and the turning torque of the elastic point is 0.7~1N·m. 5.4.6 Tension
Under the action of 600N tension, the handle rotation function is normal and the parts are not damaged. 5.4.7 Repeated Opening and Closing

6 Test methods
6.1 Appearance

Visual inspection is carried out at a distance of 400 to 500 mm from the sample under natural light. 6.2 Dimensional deviation
Detected with a vernier caliper with a reading value of 0.02 mm. 6.3 Performance
6.3.1 Corrosion resistance is tested in accordance with QB/T3826 and evaluated in accordance with QB/T3832. 6.3.2 The oxide film thickness is measured in accordance with QB/T3833. 6.3.3 Coating adhesion shall be measured in accordance with GB/T9286. 6.3.4 Matching function Use a universal angle ruler with a reading value of 2° to test 5.4.4a), and check 5.4.4b) and c) by hand. 6.3.5 Determination of rotational force
Measure with a 0-20 N tensile tester according to the method shown in Figure 5. 70mm

6.3.6 Tension test
According to the method shown in Figure 6, apply force for 1min, and test after unloading for 10min. P=600N

6.3.7 Repeated opening and closing test
Tensile tester
According to the method shown in Figure 7, carry out no-load test at a speed of 10~~20 times/min. After completing the test times, measure the value of L with a steel ruler with reference to Figure 8.

Product inspection is divided into factory inspection and type inspection. Products must pass the inspection and be accompanied by product certificates before they can leave the factory. 7.1 Factory inspection
7.1.1 Factory inspection should be carried out within the validity period of the type inspection. 7.1.2 Factory inspection shall be carried out in accordance with GB/T2828. Sampling shall adopt the normal inspection sampling plan, the inspection level is I, and the qualified quality level AQL value shall be as specified in Table 3.

7.2 Type Inspection

7.2.1 Type inspection shall be conducted in any of the following cases. a) Test and finalization of new products or old products for transfer to factory production; b) After formal production, when there are major changes in structure, materials, and processes that may affect product performance; c) During normal production, inspection shall be conducted once a year; d) When the product is discontinued for more than one year and then resumed; e) When the factory inspection results are significantly different from the last type inspection; f) When the national quality supervision agency or the contract requires type inspection. 7.2.2 Type inspection shall be conducted in accordance with GB/T2829, using a discrimination level of I and a single sampling plan. The non-conforming quality level (RQL) value and the judgment array shall comply with the provisions of Table 4.
