Use the steel plate specified in GB1727, and then carry out phosphating process after rust removal and degreasing. In this standard, except for the steel plates used for acid resistance, resistance, salt spray resistance, moisture and heat resistance and cupping test, the rest of the tests use tinplate plates. 4.1.2 Paint film preparation
Place the blank sample in the powder spray cabinet and work in the normal working order of the spray gun, high-voltage electrostatic generator powder spray cabinet powder beam recovery device, air compressor and other equipment. The sprayed sample should be kept vertical and placed in a constant temperature box with blast for reverse drying. The temperature is controlled at 180±2℃ for 15min. The coating thickness is 70~90μm. After 24h at room temperature, the performance test is carried out according to the relevant methods. 4.2 General conditions of the test
4.2.1 Sampling
Perform according to GB3186.
4.2.2 Standard test plate
Perform according to GB9271.
4.2.3 Plate making method
Perform according to GB1727.
4.2.4 State adjustment and test environment
Perform according to GB9278.
4.2.5 Determination of paint film thickness
Perform according to GB1764.
4.3 Determination of sieve residuewwW.bzxz.Net
Weigh about 100g (accurate to 0.2g) of sample, put the sample into a 125μm (120 mesh) test sieve with a chassis, cover the sieve cover, add weight to the electric motor and run for 30 minutes. After stopping for 10 minutes, remove the sieve from the motor, carefully open the cover, and observe with the naked eye. The sample should all pass through the test sieve, and no sieve residue is allowed. 16

5.1 All technical requirements listed in this standard are type inspection items. Among them, the nine items of sieve residue, paint film color and appearance, curing temperature, curing time, hardness, gloss, adhesion, cupping and scratch resistance are listed as factory inspection items. When the belt is in production, a type inspection is carried out once a year.
5.2 The product shall be inspected by the inspection department of the manufacturer in accordance with the provisions of this standard, and the manufacturer shall ensure that all products leaving the factory meet the technical requirements of this standard. The product shall have a certificate of conformity, and instructions for use and precautions shall be attached if necessary. 5.3 The receiving department has the right to inspect the product in accordance with the provisions of this standard. If it is found that the quality does not meet the technical requirements of this standard, the supply and demand parties shall jointly re-sample and re-inspect in accordance with GB3186. If it still does not meet the technical requirements of this standard, the product is unqualified and the receiving department has the right to return the product.
5.4 The product shall be sampled in accordance with the provisions of GB3186. The sample shall be divided into two parts, one for sealed storage for future reference, and the other for inspection. 5.5 The supply and demand parties shall check and verify the product packaging, quantity and marking. If the packaging is damaged or leaking, the quantity is inconsistent, or the marking does not meet the requirements, the relevant departments shall be notified in time for handling. 5.6 When there is a dispute between the supply and demand parties over product quality, the product quality supervision and inspection agency shall perform arbitration inspection. 6 Marking
According to GB9750.
7 Packaging, storage and transportation
7.1 The product should be stored in a clean, dry and sealed container. When the product is stored, it should be kept ventilated and dry, and prevented from direct sunlight. It should be isolated from fire and heat sources. When the temperature is too high in summer, it should be cooled down. 7.2 When the product is transported, it should be protected from rain and sunlight, and should comply with relevant regulations. 7.3 Under the storage and transportation conditions of 7.1 and 7.2, the effective storage period of the product is one year from the date of production. If the storage period exceeds the storage period, it can be inspected according to the items specified in this standard. If the results meet the requirements, it can still be used. 8 Safety, hygiene and protection
8.1 Powder coatings are irritating to the eyes, skin and respiratory organs when they are in direct contact with people for a long time, and they are harmful to health if ingested. Therefore, people working in dusty environments should wear appropriate masks and protective clothing. 8.2 Exceeding the dust limit (55-58 mg/m2) may form dust clusters, which are easily ignited by open flames or electric sparks. Therefore, smoking is strictly prohibited in the operation site and open flames are not allowed.

Construction reference
(reference)
Powder coatings should be used strictly in batch order, and the first produced ones should be used first. The surface pollutants of the workpiece should be thoroughly removed before spraying, and the pretreatment should be carried out correctly. The compressed air should be oil-free and water-free, and the working condition of the oil-water separator should be checked frequently. The workpiece should be clamped properly and maintained in good connection with the grounding transmission part. The fixture should be cleaned regularly to ensure good grounding. The performance of the oven should be stable. In order to reduce color difference, the overflow difference of the internal temperature of the oven should not be greater than 5°C to achieve the conditions for correct curing of the coating.
The powder feeder, recovery system and spray cabinet should be free of pollution and should not be mixed with other powders. Otherwise, the appearance of the final coating will be affected. A6
Frequently check the performance of the pretreatment and curing furnaces, and check the physical properties of the powder used. Recycled powder must be sieved and mixed with new powder in the specified proportion. Dust and other objects should be avoided near the powder coating spraying site to avoid affecting the appearance quality of the coating. Additional remarks:
