6.1.2Open the carbon black bag to be sampled and use a clean stainless steel spoon to take samplesMinimum number of sampling bags
To make the collected samples represent the quality of the batch of products, all the collected samples shall be fully mixed and evenly mixed. The sample after mixing shall be more than 300 g.
6.1.4Sample label
CB/T 3782-93
After the sample is placed in a glass container with a ground mouth, a label shall be immediately attached to the outer wall as a sample for inspection and retention. The label shall include the following information:
Sample category and number
Overall material batch number and quantity:
Production unit;
d. Sample;
Sampling location;
f. Sampling date:
g. Name of the sampler.
6.1.5 Sample storage
6.1.5.1 Samples shall be stored in a sample room with appropriate temperature and humidity. 6.1.5.2 The effective storage period of samples is six months.
6.2 Inspection classification
6.2.1 Delivery/Inspection
Factory inspection items are divided into two categories: acetylene carbon black for batteries or radio components. a. Acetylene black for dry batteries needs to be inspected for coarse particle size, apparent specific volume, iodine absorption value, hydrochloric acid absorption and resistivity. b. Acetylene carbon for radio components needs to be inspected for coarse particle size, pH value, apparent specific volume, iodine absorption value, hydrochloric acid absorption and resistivity. 6. 2. 2 Type inspection
All technical requirements specified in this standard shall be inspected. 6.3 Acceptance rules
6.3.1 One sample shall be inspected for each batch leaving the factory. If one item does not meet the corresponding requirements, it is allowed to be re-inspected once. If it still does not meet the requirements, it shall be downgraded or judged as a non-conforming product.
6.3.2 If one item does not meet the corresponding requirements in the type inspection, it shall be re-inspected once. If it still does not meet the requirements, the products of that period shall be downgraded or judged as non-conforming products.
6.3.3 The inspection department of the production must ensure that the products leaving the factory meet the requirements specified in the standard, and send the product quality certificate to the recipient at the same time as each batch of products leaves the factory.
6.3.4 The user has the right to inspect the products according to the standards and has the right to reject products that do not meet the standards. 6.3.5 The acceptance period is within 30~~40 days after the product arrives at the consignee or port. If any problem is found in the product, it shall be sampled and re-inspected according to Article 6.1. The re-inspection rules are 6. 3. 1 and 6.3. 2. 7. Product packaging and labeling
7.1 At the end of the production process, the net weight of each bag shall be 5.0kg or 10.0kg. 7.2 For the convenience of storage and transportation, the packaging bag shall be in the form of a flat rectangular parallelepiped with the bag mouth sealed. 7.3 The packaging material must be strong enough to prevent damage during transportation. Generally, the inner layer is made of two layers of 80 kraft paper, covered with a polyethylene plastic bag (or polyethylene is coated on the container bag), and then packed in a polypropylene plastic woven bag. , special circumstances shall be agreed upon by both parties. 7.4 Packaging Labels
Each packaging bag shall have a wake-up sign on the front, which shall include the following: product name;
b. Note: trademark;
Number of the standard to be implemented, product quality grade d. Net weight:
e. Manufacturer name!
GB/T3782-93
f. Production date and production batch number as well as words such as "Caution, light effect\, pay attention to moisture-proof". 8 Storage and transportation of products
8.1 Products shall be stored in ventilated and dry warehouses. 8.2 Products shall be stacked neatly and cleanly, and the registered trademark, batch number, production date and other signs shall be clearly identifiable. Heavy pressure is strictly prohibited. 8.3 Avoid mixed storage and transportation with items that may deteriorate the product or damage the packaging bag. 8.4 During storage and transportation, the packaging of the product shall be kept clean and undamaged. Products that have been taken out of the package shall not be returned to the package. Additional Notes:
