This standard specifies the classification, technical requirements, test methods and inspection rules of low foaming polyvinyl chloride (PVC) mirror hanging line. This standard applies to low foaming polyvinyl fluoride mirror hanging line (hereinafter referred to as mirror hanging line) made of polyvinyl fluoride resin as the main raw material and extruded.
2 Reference Standards
GB6343
Determination of Apparent Density of Foam Plastics and Rubbers GB2406 Test Method for Combustion Performance of Plastics Oxygen Index Method GB1633 Test Method for Softening Point (Vicat) of Thermoplastic Plastics 3 Product Classification
The specifications and dimensions of the mirror hanging line shall comply with the provisions of Table 1. Table 1
Note: Other specifications and dimensions can be determined through negotiation with the user. 4 Technical Requirements
4.1 Color
Determined through negotiation between the supply and demand parties.
4.2 Appearance
Basic dimensions
50~100
Limit deviation
The front of the mirror hanging wire should be smooth without knots, bumps, honeycomb pores, scratches, stains and embedded foreign objects. The edge of the product should not have local twists, cracks, and serrations. The two ends of the product should be perpendicular to the axis and free of burrs and other unevenness. 4.3 Physical and mechanical properties
The physical and mechanical properties of the mirror hanging wire should comply with the requirements of Table 2. Approved by the Ministry of Light Industry of the People's Republic of China on August 27, 1988 and implemented on February 1, 1989
Apparent density, kg/m
Longitudinal shrinkage, %
Vicat softening point, ℃

5 Test method
5.1 Preparation of specimens
ZBY 28007 --- 88
≥700
No cracks, cracks or obvious deformation
The specimens used should be cut from the hanging mirror wire. 5.2 Conditioning of specimens and standard test environment. If there are no special provisions, the specimens should be placed in the standard environment (23 ± 2°C) for more than 4 hours and the test should be carried out in this environment.
5.3 Determination of cross-sectional dimensions and deviations
Use a vernier caliper with an accuracy of 0.02mm to randomly select three measuring points on the same cross section and take the arithmetic mean. 5.4 Determination of length
Use a steel tape measure with an accuracy of 1mm or a measuring tool with equivalent accuracy to measure. 5.5 Determination of appearance
Visual inspection at a distance of 400~500mm from the mirror hanging line under natural light. 5.6 Determination of apparent density
Perform in accordance with GB6343.
5.7 Determination of longitudinal shrinkagebZxz.net
5.7.1 Preparation of test specimens
Use mechanical processing to take three test specimens with a length of 250±5mm along the length direction. 5.7.2 Test apparatus
Electric heating blast oven: Vernier caliper with an accuracy of 0.02mm. 5.7.3 Test steps
On each sample, make a mark at 25±1mm from both ends along the length direction, measure the distance between the marks to an accuracy of 0.1mm, and place it flat on a glass plate sprinkled with talcum powder in an electric hot air drying oven at 70±2℃. After 5 hours, take the sample and the glass plate out of the oven, cool to room temperature, and measure the distance between the marks to an accuracy of 0.1mm. 5.7.4 Calculation and expression of test results
The longitudinal shrinkage rate is calculated according to formula (1):
Where: E -- longitudinal shrinkage rate, %;
Lo--distance between the marks before heating, mm;
L--distance between the marks after heating, mm.
The result is expressed as the arithmetic mean of 3 samples, retaining two significant figures. 5.8 Determination of Vicat softening point
Carry out in accordance with GB1633. The heater heats up at speed A, and the sample is subjected to static load GA. 5.9 Suspension bending test
TTKAoNni KAca
ZBY 28007---88
Cut a 600mm sample along the length direction, hang the sample at 100mm from both ends of the sample, and then hang a 5kg weight at the midpoint of the sample, and keep it at room temperature for 48h; after unloading, observe whether the sample has cracks, cracks and obvious deformation. 5. 10 Determination of oxygen index
According to GB2406.
6 Inspection rules
6.1 The same specification of mirror hanging wire produced under the same formula and process conditions is a batch, and the quantity of each batch shall not be less than 1000kg. If the production volume is less than 1000kg, the monthly output shall be a batch. 6.2 When testing the physical properties of the product, take a sample of 9m at random and test it item by item according to Table 2. If one item fails, double the sample from the batch of products shall be taken for retest. If it still fails, the batch of products shall be considered unqualified. 6.3 For color and appearance, test each piece according to 4.1 and 4.2. If one item fails, the piece shall be considered unqualified. 6.4 When there is a dispute between the supply and demand parties over the product, arbitration inspection shall be carried out in accordance with this standard. 7 Marking, packaging, transportation, storage
7.1 Ten pieces shall be bundled into one package. Each package shall be marked with the manufacturer, trademark, production date, inspector code and attached with a certificate of conformity. 7.2 During packaging, storage and transportation, the product shall not be subjected to throwing, impact, sun exposure, rain, etc. 7.3 The mirror hanging wire shall be stored in a warehouse below 40℃, not less than 1m away from the heat source. All products stored in an environment below 0℃ must be kept at room temperature for 24h before use.
7.4 The shelf life is one year from the date of leaving the factory. Additional remarks:
This standard is under the jurisdiction of the Plastic Processing and Applied Science Research Institute of the Ministry of Light Industry. This standard was drafted by the Tianjin Plastics Research Institute. The main drafters of this standard are Li Shaoqing and Ma Li.
