This standard lists the basic parameters, puts forward technical requirements, test methods and inspection rules based on the actual application of hydraulic pond digging sets in dredging, dredging and excavation.
This standard is proposed by the Fisheries Bureau of the Ministry of Agriculture.
This standard is under the jurisdiction of the Fishery Machinery Sub-Technical Committee of the National Technical Committee for Aquatic Standardization. Hydraulic pond digging unit

This standard specifies the model indication, basic parameters, technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules, marking, packaging, transportation and storage requirements of hydraulic pond digging unit (also known as hydraulic dredging unit, hereinafter referred to as unit). This standard applies to units consisting of three parts: vertical mud pump unit, centrifugal pump unit and electric control box. Units driven by diesel engines can refer to it.

3 Terms and definitions
The following terms and definitions apply to this standard. 3.1
Transportation height
The vertical distance between the horizontal plane of the impeller center of the vertical mud pump and the center plane of the highest point of the mud delivery pipe. 3.2
Transportation distance
The horizontal distance between the vertical plane of the impeller center of the vertical mud pump and the outlet end of the mud delivery pipe. 3.3
Boil layer thickness bolar depth
The average vertical distance between the upper surface of silt or original soil and the lowest dredging surface in an earthwork section. 3.4
Volume of earthwork

The volume of original silt or original soil that can be excavated and dredged per unit time by a set of units within a certain range of transmission height, transmission distance and soil layer thickness. The unit is: m/h.
4 Type and parameters
4.1 Matching type of unit
4.1.1 The unit consists of the following three parts:
a) Vertical mud pump, supporting float and mud pipe system; b) Centrifugal pump, water pipe system and water gun;
c) Electric control box.
4.1.2 When the user has special needs, the drive of the vertical mud pump and centrifugal pump can be changed to a diesel engine drive of corresponding power. 4.2 Model

SW50-18/30 means a unit with a total power of 30kW, which is mainly composed of a centrifugal pump with a head of 50m and a vertical mud pump with a head of 18m.
4.3 Basic parameters of the unit
The commonly used matching models and basic parameters of the unit are shown in Table 1. When there are special needs, it shall be in accordance with the provisions of the supply contract. Table 1

5 Technical requirements
5.1 General requirements
SC/T6021—2002
The unit shall comply with the provisions of this standard and be manufactured and matched in accordance with the drawings and technical documents approved by the prescribed procedures. 5.2 Working conditions
The working conditions shall meet the following requirements:
a) Adequate water source:
b) Voltage 380×(1±7%)V;
c) Air temperature -2℃~40℃, relative air humidity ≤85%. 5.3 Vertical mud pump

5.5.1 The selected electrical components and parts shall comply with the provisions of GB/T14048.1. 5.5.2 Short circuit, phase loss, overload protection and leakage protection devices shall be provided. There shall be reliable grounding devices and obvious grounding signs. 5.5.3
5.5.4 Under rated load, the temperature rise of the conductive part shall not exceed 45℃. 5.5.5 The insulation resistance between the conductive part and the box shell shall not be less than 5Ma. 5.5.6 It shall withstand a withstand voltage test of 50Hz and 2000V for 1min without breakdown and flicker. 5.5.7 It should be rainproof.
5.6 Supporting Float
5.6.1 The strength and rigidity of the float should meet the requirements of supporting the vertical mud pump and overall movement. 5.6.2 The weld should be smooth and should not have defects such as pores, slag inclusions, cracks, burn-through, etc. that affect the performance. 5.6.3 The float is not allowed to leak water. Its effective length and total buoyancy should be sufficient to ensure that it will not overturn when the working surface is flooded, and the motor will not be flooded. Its net buoyancy value should be greater than 1.8 times the total mass of the supported object. 5.7 Main accessories
5.7.1 The water gun should comply with the provisions of GB8181. 5.7.2 The water and mud delivery hoses should comply with the provisions of JB/T8512--1996. 5.7.3 The waterproof cable should comply with the provisions of GB5013.4. 5.8 Anti-rust and painting
5.8.1 The inner and outer surfaces of the electric control box and the outer surface of the supporting float should be painted with anti-rust paint; the paint should be smooth and flat, without defects such as cracks and peeling. When the paint film adhesion is tested by the cross-cutting method, it should reach two or more levels. 5.8.2 Exposed fasteners should be treated with anti-rust. 5.9 Accessories
5.9.1 All single machines and parts shall be accepted and qualified before they can be matched. 5.9.2 All purchased parts shall be products produced in accordance with standards, have certificates of conformity, and can be matched after they have been accepted and qualified. 5.10 Reliability and safety
5.10.1 The first trouble-free working time of the vertical mud pump under Class 2 soil conditions shall not be less than 200 hours. 5.10.2
The motors of vertical mud pumps and centrifugal pumps shall be equipped with rainproof and splashproof covers. 5.10.3
The electric control box shall be placed in the shed and reliably grounded. 5.10.4 A waterproof switch shall be provided on the working surface for the water supply gun operator to conveniently control the start and stop of the vertical mud pump. The instruction manual shall describe the electrical safety operation requirements and the safety operation requirements under different working conditions and environmental conditions in detail in the form of pictures and texts, using warning language. 5.10.5

6 Test methods
6.1 Unit parameters
The unit parameters shall meet the following requirements:
a) Conduct field investigation and statistics at the user's construction site; when the user has special needs, select a site that meets the working conditions in Table 1 and conduct field tests for 4 hours. After the unit is installed and debugged, start the test; use conventional methods to detect the transmission height, transmission distance, mud layer thickness, and earthwork volume. c
6.2 Insulation resistance, conductive part temperature rise and withstand voltage test 6.2.1 Use a megohmmeter to measure the insulation resistance value between the electric control box and the conductive part. 6.2.2 The conductive part temperature rise is measured at the construction site with a point thermometer. 6.2.3 Use an electric strength tester to conduct a withstand voltage test on the frame of the electric control box and each phase (pole) to observe whether there is breakdown and flickering.
6.3 Air tightness test and total buoyancy value
6.3.1 Use an air compressor to inject compressed air into the float through a special joint. When the pressure reaches 0.2MPa, immerse the float in water. During the inspection, rotate the float and observe whether there is any leakage. 6.3.2 Calculate the total buoyancy value of the two floats, weigh the mass values of the float, bracket and vertical mud pump respectively, and calculate according to formula (1): F

6.4 First trouble-free time of vertical mud pump
The first trouble-free time of vertical mud pump shall meet the following requirements: a) Investigate and count at the construction site of the user. .(1)
b) When the user has special needs, a 40% volume concentration mud is prepared in a pool with a volume of 10m~20m; the mud pump is placed in the pool and continuously circulated for a specified time to observe whether it has any faults or damage. 6.5 Appearance quality of welding and painting
Visual inspection of appearance quality and paint film adhesion shall be carried out in accordance with 6.8 of SC/T6014-2001. 6.6 Visual inspection

7 Inspection rules
7.1 Factory inspection
7.1.1 Each unit shall be inspected and qualified by the quality inspection department of the manufacturer and accompanied by a product inspection certificate before it can be shipped. 7.1.2 Factory inspection items: Items 5.5 (except 5.5.4), 5.6.2, 5.6.3, 5.8 (except paint film adhesion), 5.9, 5.10.2, and 5.10.4 of this standard.
7.2 Type inspection
7.2.1 Type inspection shall be carried out in any of the following situations: a) before the new product is put into production;
b) when the old product is transferred to another factory for production or when production is resumed after being stopped for more than one year; 4
c) when there are major changes in the structure, material, or process of the product that may affect the product performance; d) when there is a significant difference between the factory inspection results and the results of the previous type test; e) when the user has a significant response to the product quality; f) when the relevant quality supervision department makes a request. 7.2.2 Type inspection items: all items specified in Chapter 5 of this standard. 7.3 Product quality spot check
During product quality supervision spot check, the inspection items shall be approved by the competent department that issues the task. 7.4 Sampling, non-conforming classification and judgment rules 7.4.1 Sampling
When the number of samples is less than or equal to 50 sets, one set of samples shall be randomly selected, and when the number of samples is greater than 50 sets, two sets of samples shall be randomly selected. 7.4.2 Non-conforming classification of inspection items

7.4.3 Judgment rules

7.4.3.2 When the number of unqualified judgments for a single set is less than 7.4.3.1, the set of samples is judged as qualified. When the number of unqualified judgments is equal to or greater than the provisions of 7.4.3.1, the set of samples is judged as unqualified. 7.4.3.3 Comprehensive judgment: When the number of samples is 1 set, if the sample is qualified, the batch of products is qualified, otherwise it is judged as unqualified. When the number of samples is two sets, first make a judgment on the single set of samples. If both sets of samples are qualified, the batch of products is judged as qualified. If one set of samples is unqualified, the batch of products is judged as unqualified.

Marking, packaging, transportation and storage
9.1 Marking
9.1.1 Each unit shall be nailed with a product label in a conspicuous position of the electric control box. The label shall comply with the provisions of GB/T13306 and indicate: manufacturer's name and trademark;
b) product name and model,
total power and total mass;
product number or manufacturing date.
Vertical mud pumps and centrifugal pumps shall be marked separately in accordance with the relevant standards. Packaging
The packaging of the unit shall comply with the provisions of GB/T13384, or be implemented in accordance with the supply contract signed between the user and the manufacturer. Each unit shall be accompanied by the following documents when leaving the factory: a)
Packing list,
b) product certificate;
c) product manual:;
d) other necessary random documents.
9.3 Transportation
Products and documents should be protected from rain, loss or damage during transportation. 9.4 Storage
The unit, especially the motor and the electric control box, should be stored in a ventilated, dry coal room to prevent moisture, rust and damage. SC/T6021-2002
