A, 2 Non-quarantine pests and diseases shall be restricted by provinces, municipalities and administrative regions according to specific circumstances. A.3 Kochia scoparia has a short life span and can only be stored for a few months. The seed growth rate should be measured based on the seeds harvested that year. If the storage time exceeds 10 months, it will lose its seed value. Seeds below grade A4 should not be purchased or sold, and are not allowed to be used as seeds.
