The first-class and precipitated barium sulfate in this standard are equivalent to the international standard IS03262:1975 "Fillers for Paints", and the main technical differences are as follows:
The scope of application of this standard is industrial use. In order to meet the needs of various industries, this standard divides the products into two types: powder and precipitated, and the powder is divided into two grades. The ISO3262 standard is for paints and has only one grade. 2 The index items of the industrial modified ultrafine precipitated barium sulfate chemical industry standard have two more indicators than ISO3262, namely iron content and oil absorption, and the median particle size index replaces the particle size distribution.
The indicators of Class I first-class products and Class I paste barium are equal to or better than ISO3262 standard, and qualified products are close to this standard. 4Except for whiteness, the items identical to ISO3262 are equivalent or equivalent to the methods in ISO3262 standard. Whiteness is measured by whiteness measuring instrument. Median particle size is measured by particle size distribution instrument. Iron content is determined by GB/T3049-86 "General method for determination of iron content in chemical products-o-phenanthroline spectrophotometry", which is not equivalent to ISO6685:1982. This standard is proposed by the Technical Supervision Department of the Ministry of Chemical Industry of the People's Republic of China. This standard is under the jurisdiction of Tianjin Chemical Research Institute of the Ministry of Chemical Industry. The responsible drafting units of this standard: Tianjin Chemical Research Institute of the Ministry of Chemical Industry, Shandong Linmu Chemical General Plant. The main drafters of this standard: Zhang Jingjuan, Wang Junqiang, Si Yuchun, and Zhang Xiao. I

.2 Determine the number of sampling units in accordance with the provisions of GB/T66786.6. When sampling, insert the sampler obliquely from the top of the packaging bag to three-quarters of the depth of the material layer to take samples. Mix the sample thoroughly, reduce it to about 1000g by quartering, and put it into two clean and dry ground-mouth bottles. Paste labels on the bottles, indicating: manufacturer name, product name, category, grade, batch number, sampling date and name of the sampler. One bottle is used as a laboratory sample, and the other bottle is kept for three months for reference. 5.3 If one of the test results does not meet the requirements of this standard, sampling should be verified from twice the amount of packaging. If the verification result shows that only one of the indicators does not meet the requirements of this standard, the entire batch of products will be unqualified. 6 Test methods
.1 All nine index items specified in this standard are type inspection items, among which the content of chlorinated sulfate, volatile matter at 105℃, water-soluble matter content, pH value, whiteness, oil absorption and fineness are routine test items and should be tested batch by batch. Under normal production conditions, type test is carried out once a month.
.2 The rounded value comparison method specified in GB/T12505.2 is used to determine whether the test results meet the standards. 6.3 The reagents and water used in this standard, unless otherwise specified, refer to analytical pure reagents and grade 3 water specified in GB/T6682. The standard solutions, impurity standard solutions, preparations and products required in the test, unless otherwise specified, are prepared in accordance with the provisions of GB/T601, GB/T602 and GB/T603.
