This standard applies to cold resistant conveyor belts with fabric cores at ambient temperatures of -60℃ to +50℃. 2 Reference standards The provisions contained in the following standards constitute the provisions of this standard through reference in this standard. Note: The specimen size is cut by a dumbbell-shaped cutter of type 2 (narrow parallel part width 4.0mm±0.1mm). 5.3 Covering layer wear resistance test Performed in accordance with GB/T9867. 5.4 Test of aging resistance of covering layer Perform according to GB/T3512. 5.5 Determination of tensile cold resistance coefficient of covering layer Perform according to GB/T6035, in which the sample preparation and test temperature selection shall be carried out in accordance with the following provisions. 5.5.1 Sample preparation 5.5.1.1 After the strip is made for 16 hours, cut 3 samples at a normal position not less than 100mm away from the edge of the strip. The sample size is 100mm long and 20mm wide. 5.5.1.2 Peel off the covering layer of the sample and grind it on a grinding wheel to a thickness of (2.00±0.30)mm. Cut the sample with a type 2 cutter in GB/T528 standard, and cut off equal lengths at both ends of the type 2 sample to make the remaining length 42mm. 5.5.1.3 The cutting direction of the sample should be consistent with the calendering and extrusion direction. 5.5.2 Test temperature According to the cold resistance level of the belt, the test temperature is selected as -45℃ and -50℃ respectively. 5.6 The full thickness tensile strength and elongation test of the belt shall be carried out in accordance with GB/T3690. Note: For conveyor belts with synthetic fiber filament fabric as the belt core, it is recommended to use type B specimens, and for conveyor belts with natural fiber fabric as the belt core, it is recommended to use type C specimens. 5.7 Interlayer bonding strength test According to method A in GB/T6759-1986. 5.8 Straightness measurement of belt According to GB/T7984. 5.9 Grooving test of belt According to GB/T7983. 6 Inspection rules 6.1 Inspect the appearance quality and specification size of each belt. 6.2 Take a certain number of samples from a production batch for factory inspection. The sampling quantity and requirements shall be in accordance with HG/T2410. 6.3 During factory inspection, full thickness tensile strength and elongation, physical properties of the covering layer (except tensile cold resistance coefficient and hot air aging test), and interlayer bonding strength test shall be carried out. bZxz.net 6.4 Type inspection shall be carried out every six months, and all technical requirements specified in this standard shall be inspected. 6.5 In the physical property inspection, if a certain property does not meet the standard, double samples shall be taken from the same batch of tapes for retesting of the property. If there is still one test result that does not meet the standard after the retest, the batch of products shall be judged as unqualified products. 7 Marking, packaging, storage and handling 7.1 The marking of the tape shall be carried out in accordance with GB/T5752. 7.2 The tape shall be wound around the mandrel and tied firmly with a covering.
