Record number: 4066-1999
HG/T3647-1999
The main requirements of this standard are basically the same as GB/T7984-1987 "Ordinary purpose fabric core conveyor belts". The cover layer has added cold resistance performance requirements (tensile cold resistance coefficient), and the cold resistance performance adopts the former Soviet national standard FOCT20-1985 "Technical conditions for fabric core conveyor belts". This standard was proposed by the Technical Supervision Department of the former Ministry of Chemical Industry of the People's Republic of China. This standard is under the jurisdiction of the Ministry of Chemical Industry's tape standardization technology unit. The drafting units of this standard: Fuxin Rubber Co., Ltd., Shanghai Xinmin Rubber Factory. The main drafters of this standard: Jin Guiju, Sha Xuemei, Tao Zhengguan, Li Guiyun, Zhang Chunlei. 448

5.5.1.1 After the strip is made for 16 hours, cut 3 samples at a normal position not less than 100mm away from the edge of the strip. The sample size is 100mm long and 20mm wide.
5.5.1.2 Peel off the covering layer of the sample and grind it on a grinding wheel to a thickness of (2.00±0.30)mm. Cut the sample with a type 2 cutter in GB/T528 standard, and cut off equal lengths at both ends of the type 2 sample to make the remaining length 42mm. 5.5.1.3 The cutting direction of the sample should be consistent with the calendering and extrusion direction. 5.5.2 Test temperature
