This standard is equivalent to the International Article Numbering Association EAN and the United States Uniform Code Council UCC "General Specification" (General EAN/UCC Specification) Chapter 2, Section 2 "Numbering and symhal marking of Logistic Units" (Numbering and symhal marking of Logistic Units) formulated. After years of coordination, the two major international organizations, EAN and UCC, have widely solicited opinions from manufacturers, retailers, transporters and EAN member countries, and jointly published this "General Specification" in January 1999. The purpose of adopting the "Specification" equivalently to formulate this standard is to improve the technical level of my country's trade and the speed, efficiency and accuracy of my country's trade freight in the current situation of my country's gradual integration into the international economic society. In addition, it also has positive significance for my country's entry into the World Trade Organization. This standard rewrites the "Specification" in the format of "GB/T1.1-1993 Guidelines for Standardization Work Unit 1: Rules for the Origin and Expression of Standards Part 1: Basic Provisions for the Preparation of Standards", and makes changes to some technical contents. The main technical changes are as follows: 1. The term "element string" in the "Specification" is the general term for the barcode application identifier and its data content, which is actually the "barcode application identifier" in GB/T16986-1997 "Barcode Application Identification". In order to be consistent with GB/T16986, this standard uses the term "barcode application identifier" instead of "element string".
2. Reference standards have been added to this standard.
3. The definition of "human readable\" in the "Specification" has been deleted. 4. The term "logistics unit logistic unit\. 5. Chapter 7 of this standard brings together the barcode application identifications commonly used in logistics units. 6. The serial freight container code SSCC is an important part of the application of logistics units. This standard adds Appendix A (Appendix of Standard Promotion) to give a detailed introduction to the serial freight container code SSCC. Appendix A of this standard is an appendix to the standard.
Appendix B of this standard is an appendix of suggestions.
This standard is proposed and coordinated by the China Standard Promotion Research Center. The drafting unit of this standard: China Article Coding Center. The main drafters of this standard: Wen Xiangyang, Hu Jiazhang, Zhao Chen, Huang Yanbin, GB/T18127—2000
EAN/UCC Foreword
Logistics unit is a physical unit of transportation or warehousing in supply chain management. Tracking and describing logistics units in the supply chain is the main application of the EAN/UCC system. Scan the standard symbol mark marked on each logistics unit It can provide an interface for individually tracking and describing logistics units, thus facilitating a series of modern management applications such as cargo entry, transportation routes, and automatic receipt. Logistics units are identified by a standard EAN/UCC code, namely the Serial Shipping Container Code (SSCC). The structure of the SSCC ensures that its identification is unique worldwide. Attribute information, such as a consignment code, can be selectively encoded using internationally agreed data structures and barcode symbols to obtain a clear interpretation.

Description
GB/T 18127-2000
4.1 Information
The information process of the logistics unit is formed in the whole process of product manufacturing, goods distribution, sales and marketing. Each link needs information related to the physical unit. The information of the physical unit is required by the business ... 43 Barcode structure
The barcode of the physical unit is guaranteed to use GB/T15425. The format of the data supply adopts GB/T15986,
4.4 Physical unit label
If the basic information of the system unit is in the form of system fee package, the energy code 59CC is only available, see Appendix A. In the unit's quality information, I get GB15985. When the physical unit is a poor unit, it becomes a "capacity unit" at this time. 5 Label format
5-1 Label section
The physical unit label and other three areas are all in two basic forms to express the relevant information. The content is located above the label section, and the bar code is located below the label section. The frequency sequence of the label sections from top to bottom is: carrier, customer and supplier, etc. 5.1.1 Carrier Section
The carrier section is usually cleared when loading, mainly including the code of the company's loan order, the delivery code, and the relevant information of the carrier. 5.1.2 Customer Section8
The customer section is used by the supplier to receive and process orders, and needs to know the loan route, purchase order code, customer product completion route and installation information of the goods.
5.1.3. The product is confirmed at the supply point when it is packed. SSCC is the unique identification code of the logistics unit. The label is listed in B1. The product attribute information required by customers and carriers, product variants, production process, packaging date and expiration date, group number, batch number and serial number are also listed in the section. Please see Appendix 3 for labeling. The label size is: 105mmX148mm (width×height). The width of the label is usually 105mm, and the height can vary with the change of the terminal number. 6 Technical requirements
6.1 Barcode number
The barcode number on the label must comply with the provisions of GB/T15425. 6.1.1 The barcode number must be printed according to the requirements of GB/T15425. GBT1B127—2000
Multiple service codes and application identifiers can be represented in one barcode. SSCC is not allowed to be linked on a standard 105mm label. 61-2 The magnification coefficient of the two models is 0.5 to 0.84, the minimum is not less than 0.25, the minimum magnification coefficient of SSCC is 0.5, 61.3 The height of the bar is generally 27mm, the minimum is not less than 13mm, and the minimum height of the SSCC bar is 3zmm. E1.4 The white area of the room and the front area are not less than 10 resolutions. 61.5 The barcode on the label of the material unit is close to the focal point of the logistics unit. Under any circumstances, the SSCC barcode number is located at the bottom of the ticket, etc. 6-1.6 Characters for human recognition The height of the characters for human recognition shall not be less than 3mm, and shall be located at the bottom of the barcode number as required. 62 The text of the label
E-2.1 Literature and media records
The literature and media records include the name and address of the sender and recipient, company receipts, etc. The text of the label shall be clear and easy to read, and the character height shall not be less than 3mm
6-2-2 Manually transferred characters
The characters for manual transfer shall consist of the data content of the recipient, and the height of the characters for manual transfer shall not be less than 7mm. F3 base position
A logistics unit usually needs another label to be marked. The two small labels should be placed on the two adjacent bacteria. If the actual situation is not clear, at least one label should be placed on each logistics unit. 6.3.1 Logistics units with a height lower than 1m
For low-height paper boxes and other types of logistics units, the side of the label should be 32mm, and the width of the label should be no less than 19mm, as shown in Figure 2. If the logistics unit already uses EAN-13, UPC-A.11F-14 or Jinyi unit 123 service numbers, the label can be pasted on the upper barcode and cannot be replaced by the original barcode. The technical level should be kept consistent. For details, see Figure 3, j9em
