Shipbuilding Industry Standard of the People's Republic of China
CB/T 3765--1996
Aluminum Sliding Windows
Published on September 3, 1996
China State Shipbuilding Corporation
Implemented on April 1, 1997
CB/T3765-1996
This standard is based on domestic sliding windows that have been used on actual ships for several years, and is compiled with reference to ISO3903-1993 "Shipbuilding and offshore structures-Ordinary rectangular windows for ships". Sliding windows are different in structure from ordinary rectangular windows, but the light-transmitting dimensions of four specifications of single-leaf glass and the light-transmitting heights of the other three specifications in this standard are the same as those in ISO3903, so as to facilitate the use with ordinary rectangular windows. In addition, the glass dimensions and technical requirements are in accordance with ISO3254 "Shipbuilding-Tempered glass for rectangular windows", and the technical requirements of the sealing strips are in accordance with ISO3902 "Rectangular window gaskets for shipbuilding windows". This standard also lists the maximum allowable pressure that each specification can withstand, so as to facilitate design and selection. This standard was proposed by the National Technical Committee for Ship Equipment Standardization. This standard is under the jurisdiction of Jiangnan Shipyard.

Tempered safety glass for ship
Tempered safety glass for sliding windows shall comply with the provisions of GB11946. 1Cr18Ni9Ti
Rubber materials for sliding windows shall be resistant to seawater corrosion and ultraviolet rays, and comply with the provisions of GB11584. Standard No. GB3190 GB1220 GB1220 GB3190 GB11946 GB11548 To ensure the tightness of the window, the seal strip and the window frame groove are connected with adhesive. The seal strip should be moderately tight, and there should be no unevenness or gaps at the joint. When the window is closed, the seal should be evenly attached and the embossing should be continuous. The window seat and window frame are made of profiles. The profile surface should be flat and smooth, with a surface roughness R of no more than 12.5μm, and there should be no wrinkles, cracks and other defects. The welds of welded parts should be fully welded, and the weld surface should be processed flat. Manufacturing tolerance of sliding windows: The allowable deviation of the window seat height h2 and width wz is ±2mm, and the difference between the two diagonals shall not exceed 2mm. 4.8 After the window seat and the window frame are assembled, there should be a gap of 1 to 2mm between the upper part of the sliding rail and the window seat, and there should be a gap of 2 to 3mm between the front and rear end surfaces of the sliding rail and the window seat to ensure the flexibility of the sliding window without jamming and abnormal noise. 4.9
The aluminum parts of the sliding window should be oxidized according to CB'/Z92. After the sliding window is installed, the window's mobility test should be carried out. There should be no jamming and abnormal noise when opening and closing. The sliding window should have good water tightness. After flushing according to the requirements of Chapter 5, there should be no water droplets, water marks and other water leakage in the inspected parts. Test method
The sliding window shall be subjected to a flushing test according to the requirements of CB'3273. The nozzle diameter of the flushing test shall not be less than 16mm, the nozzle water pressure shall not be less than 0.2MPa, and the distance from the nozzle to the flushing surface shall be 2.5~3m, flushing time is 3min, then check the back side, if there is no water droplets, water marks or other water leakage phenomenon, it is qualified.
6 Inspection rules
Sliding windows should be inspected by the technical inspection department of the manufacturer before leaving the factory. After passing the inspection, a certificate of conformity shall be issued before leaving the factory. Each sliding window shall be inspected for appearance, size and mobility according to the requirements of 4.4~4.10. 6.1
The manufacturer shall conduct a flushing test on each sliding window according to the requirements of Chapter 5. 6.3 If the sliding window under test is found to have unqualified items, it is allowed to be inspected again after correction, and it can be shipped only after passing the re-inspection. Marking, packaging, transportation and storage
7.1 Marking
The following markings should be marked on the window seat or other obvious parts of the main metal parts of the sliding window: a) manufacturer's name or trademark;
b) product mark;
c) manufacturing date or production batch number;
d) inspection pass stamp.
7.2 Packaging
CB/T3765-1996
7.2.1 Each sliding window should be individually packaged with appropriate materials. The box should be lined with soft packaging materials, and the glass surface should be covered with peelable plastic. 7.2.2 The packaging box should have obvious "moisture-proof" and "handle with care" words and signs. The box surface signs should comply with the provisions of GB6388, and the graphics should comply with the provisions of GB191.
7.2.3 The packaging box should be accompanied by a product certificate. 7.3 Transportation
The packaged sliding windows can be transported in any way, but necessary anti-vibration, anti-pressure and rain protection measures should be taken. Storage
The sliding windows should be placed in a ventilated and dry place, and are strictly prohibited from contact with acids, alkalis and salt substances.
