The universal gear hobbing machine is a basic series, mainly used for the production and processing of gears in batches, small batches or single pieces in industries such as metallurgy, mining, machine tools, petrochemicals, lifting and transportation. It is mainly used for processing cylindrical spur gears, helical gears and worm gears. When equipped with special accessories or mechanisms, it can process internal gears, herringbone gears, small taper gears and drum gears, etc. This series of machine tools can complete at least one automatic cycle, motorized radial cutting and automatic chip removal, etc. For gear hobbing machines (Type 1) with a maximum T-piece diameter of 125~1250mm, a combined tool holder should be provided for diagonal hobbing. According to the special needs of users, we can provide processing of drum gear mechanisms and processing of small-dimensional gear mechanisms. For gear hobbing machines (Type II) with large T-piece diameters of 1250~12500mm, they should be equipped with ordinary tool holders, single-tooth automatic circulation mechanisms, finger-shaped tool holders for milling external gears, and reverse mechanisms for processing herringbone gears without empty slots, etc. . This machine tool can supply the following accessories or mechanisms according to user needs:

This series of machine tools is simplified and derived from the universal gear hobbing machine. It is mainly used in the general machinery industry to add T gears in batches, small batches or single pieces. It can process cylindrical spur gears, helical gears and worm gears. This series of machine tools is generally a gear hobbing machine (Type 1) with a maximum T piece diameter of 125~1250mm, which can complete at least one automatic cycle of motorized radial cutting. It is equipped with ordinary tool holder. According to the special needs of users, the following accessories or mechanisms can be supplied: tangential tool holder;
an automatic tool holder;
automatic chip conveyor.
For 1250mm hobbing machine, we can also supply:
single-tooth automatic circulation mechanism;

This series of machine tools is derived from the universal gear hobbing machine by taking measures to improve precision and simplify the derivation.
