No obstacles should be placed around the machine tool during the machine tool noise measurement. The distance between the machine tool and the wall should not be less than 2000mm. When the machine tool is measured under idling conditions, the sound pressure level of the whole machine noise measured by the precision sound level meter should not exceed 85dB (A). 5.7 When accepting the machine tool according to this standard, the remaining acceptance items in GB15760 that are not specified in this standard, as well as the acceptance items specified in GB/T5226.1 and JB/T10051 and other standards must be inspected at the same time. 6 Processing and assembly quality 6.1 The grinding head longitudinal moving guide pair is an important guide pair, and wear-resistant measures should be taken. When using steel belts and rollers, the material and heat treatment requirements of the steel belts and rollers should comply with the design drawings. The contact between the steel belt and the roller should be greater than 75% in width. 6.2 The vertical moving guide rail pair of the grinding head shall be assessed according to the requirements of "sliding (rolling) guide rail". 12 JB/T6197.2--1999 6.3 The joint surface between the frame and the column shall be assessed according to the requirements of "particularly important fixed joint surface". 6.4 The following castings must be aged after rough machining: a) frame; b) column; c) slide plate; d) grinding head body: e) cast iron bed.
