5.4 The operating force of the vertical feed handwheel shall be assessed according to the requirements of the "frequently used" handwheel, and the worktable rotation handwheel shall be assessed according to the requirements of the "infrequently used" handwheel.
5.5 The opening and closing of the electric control cabinet door and the power on and off, and the power on and off between the electromagnetic chuck and the grinding head motor and the transmission motor should all have safety interlocking devices. 5.6 The machine tool noise should be tested according to GB/T16769. No obstacles should be placed around the machine tool during the machine tool noise measurement. The distance between the machine tool and the wall should not be less than 2000mm. When the machine tool is measured under idling conditions, the sound pressure level of the whole machine noise measured by the precision sound level meter should not exceed 85dB (A). 5.7 When accepting the machine tool according to this standard, the remaining acceptance items in GB15760 that are not specified in this standard, as well as the acceptance items specified in GB/T5226.1 and JB/T10051 and other standards must be inspected at the same time. 6 Processing and assembly quality
6.1 The grinding head longitudinal moving guide pair is an important guide pair, and wear-resistant measures should be taken. When using steel belts and rollers, the material and heat treatment requirements of the steel belts and rollers should comply with the design drawings. The contact between the steel belt and the roller should be greater than 75% in width. 6.2 The vertical moving guide rail pair of the grinding head shall be assessed according to the requirements of "sliding (rolling) guide rail". 12
JB/T6197.2--1999
6.3 The joint surface between the frame and the column shall be assessed according to the requirements of "particularly important fixed joint surface". 6.4 The following castings must be aged after rough machining: a) frame;
b) column;
c) slide plate;
d) grinding head body:
e) cast iron bed.
Note: If the bed is a welded bed, it must be annealed and shall comply with the provisions of relevant standards. 6.5 The reverse idle stroke of the vertical feed handwheel shall not exceed 1/10r6.6 The grinding wheel spindle, together with the motor rotor and fan mounted on the spindle, shall be dynamically balanced and calibrated. After calibration, it shall be inspected on the grinding head. The double amplitude value of the vibration caused by its residual unbalance shall not be greater than 8μm. 7 Machine tool idling test
7.1 All moving parts shall run continuously for no less than 4 hours at the same time. After reaching a stable temperature, the temperature and temperature rise shall be measured at the outer shell of the grinding wheel spindle bearing and in the hydraulic oil pool. The temperature and temperature rise shall not exceed the specified value. 7.2 The idling power of the self-driven grinding head shall not exceed 25% of the idling power index of the grinding head: the idling power of the externally driven grinding head shall not exceed 15% of the idling power index of the grinding head.
Note
■ To determine the idling power index of the grinding head, 10 grinding heads with good assembly quality shall be selected, and their idling power shall be measured, and the average value shall be taken as the index. 2 During measurement and inspection, the power consumed by the motor itself shall be deducted. 7.3 The grinding head shall be fed vertically, and the feed error shall not exceed 100% of the vertical feed amount each time, and the cumulative error of 10 consecutive feeds shall not exceed 20%. During inspection, the grinding head shall be introduced with the minimum feed amount. Feed error is calculated according to formula (1) and formula (2): Feed error each time:
Ja,bl
Cumulative error of 10 consecutive feeds
In the formula: - Actual feed amount each time:
b Nominal feed amount each time.
7.4 Within the speed range of the machine tool, the transmission should be smooth and no creeping should be allowed at low speeds. 7.5 The suction power of the electric workbench should comply with the regulations of GB/T14534. 8 Machine tool load test
100%
10h
10b
The test is conducted using the pre-grinding method. The test specifications are as follows. 8.1 When grinding with a grinding wheel:
(1)
(2)
a) The sample material is 45 steel (not rate Hard): When the workbench width is 140mm, the specimen size is 600mm×100mm×40mm; when the workbench width is 200mm, the specimen size is 1200mm×140mm×40mm. b) The grinding wheel is ND×HbA46K5V30.
13
8.2 When using sand tiles to grind the front:
JB/T6197.2-1999
a) The specimen material is 45 steel (not hard); When the workbench width is 320mm, the specimen size is 2500mm×250mmx40mm.
b) The sand tile is WT100/85×35×150A46L5B35. 8.3 The longitudinal reciprocating speed of the grinding head is medium speed. 8.4 The vertical feed should be increased evenly until the motor reaches the design power. During the load test, all mechanisms of the machine tool should work normally.
Note: For machine tools with double-density heads, only the rough grinding head will be assessed. 9
Machine tool accuracy inspection
9.1 Machine tool accuracy inspection is carried out in accordance with JB/T6197.1. 9:2 The surface phase angle R value of the workbench (according to GB/T1031-1995) shall not be greater than 1.25 μm. 9.3 The working accuracy of machine tools shall be determined after the load test. Grinding specifications are specified by the manufacturer. During inspection, the surface roughness of the specimen should also be inspected in accordance with GB/T103, and its R, value shall not be greater than 1.25 μm. 14
