Management Methods for Engineering Design Data of Pump Specialty HG/T20704.6-2000
Subject Content and Scope of Application
This standard specifies the management methods for binding and specific classification of engineering design data of pump specialty. Applicable to data management of engineering design.
All engineering technical documents and data proposed and accepted by pump specialty should be filed in volumes so that professionals can use them in engineering design.
3 Management of Data Manual
3.0.1 Engineering documents and data should be classified into volumes according to requirements using a unified two-hole A4 size folder. 3.0.2 The label on the back of each volume should indicate the project number, user (owner) or project abbreviation, title, volume code and classification title or data content.
3.0.3 Engineering technical documents and data should be classified and divided into volumes as described in Chapter 4, and different contents in each volume should be separated by colored paper. When there are too many files, they can be divided into several volumes according to the situation. 4
Volume A 1
Data code, title and content
1 Basic data of engineering design
The data in this volume mainly include basic data of engineering design and design basis, which are used by professional leaders and designers as the basis of engineering design.
Main documents include:
Design contract and its annexes:
Design commencement report and its annexes;
Process flow chart;
Process description;
Material balance sheet;
Equipment list;
Engineering design data:
Engineering design regulations;
Drawing data allocation sheet;
Engineering description.
B Book 1
Documents prepared by a profession
All documents prepared by this profession should be placed in this book, including: 1
Engineering design regulations;
General technical regulations for equipment;
Data sheets;
Manufacturer (commercial) drawings and data lists:
Equipment (inquiry, order) purchase order/technical specifications: 5
Drawing and data catalog and dispatch order.
For the documents prepared by this profession, photocopies of each edition should be kept. The original manuscripts should be protected in a plastic sleeve and placed in this book. The design output conditions, memoranda and calculation and estimation data issued by this profession to related professions are also placed in this book.
4.0.3C Book Design Conditions Provided by Various Disciplines This book includes design input conditions, data and memoranda published by chemical process, process system, piping design, electrical, instrumentation, materials, layout and other disciplines.
In this volume, the input conditions, data and memoranda of each discipline shall be separated by colored paper, and the name and classification number of the discipline shall be written on the colored paper.
In this volume, generally only the latest edition of the data published by each discipline shall be kept. If you want to keep different editions of data, the latest edition should be placed at the front when storing them, and the order of precedence is as follows: 2nd edition, 1st edition, 0th edition. The main data include
Chemical process discipline: process data sheet.
2Process system discipline:
(1) Machine pump data sheet;
(2) Machine pump system calculation sheet;
(3) Pipeline instrument flow chart;
(4) Steam and cooling water balance diagram.
3Layout discipline: Equipment layout diagram.
Pipeline machinery discipline: Force and torque calculation sheet acting on the main pipe of the machine pump. 4
5 Pipeline material specialty:
(1) Pipeline classification index;
(2) Pipeline material classification table:
(3) Pipeline insulation and painting instructions.
6 Instrument specialty: The instrument specialty should return the secondary conditions to the pump specialty. 7 Electrical specialty:
(1) Hazardous area division map:
(2) General technical regulations for motor projects.
8 Material specialty:
(1) Engineering material selection regulations;
(2) Engineering standards for relevant materials.
4.0.4 Volume D - Project progress
