Meet technical requirements
Testing instruments, meters and measuring tools must have a valid inspection certificate issued by the metrology department and shall not be replaced at will during the inspection process. If replacement is really necessary, the inspected items must be re-inspected. 4.3 Test material requirements
Test with a ratio of 70% secondary corn (granules) and 30% auxiliary materials (powder). Material moisture content: ≤14%4.4 Test cycle
Productivity and power consumption are measured according to the cycle of continuous production of three batches of materials, for a total of 3 times. 4.5 Determination of productivity and power consumption per ton of material (fill in Tables 4 to 5)4.5.1 Granular materials are measured with a die hole diameter not greater than Φ4.5mm2
4.5.2 Productivity is calculated according to formula (1):
Where: E
Hourly productivity, kg/h;
9—Workload, kg:
T—Working time, h.
4.5.3 The power consumption per ton of material is calculated according to formula (2): JB/T51215-1999
Wherein: G-power consumption for producing 1 ton of material, kw·h/t; Gnz-power consumption for unit working time, kW·h. 4.6
The crusher is uniformly tested with a sieve with a sieve hole, and a sieve with a Φ2 sieve hole is used to check whether there is any leakage. If there is any leakage, the test data will be invalid and another measurement will be carried out.
4.7 The determination of the uniformity of the finished product mixture shall be carried out in accordance with the method specified in GB/T5918 (recorded in Table 6). 4.8 The determination of noise shall be carried out in accordance with GB/T3768 (recorded in Table 7). The determination of dust concentration shall be carried out in accordance with the provisions of 1.5.7 of GB/T6971-1986 (recorded in Table 8). 4.9
The average working time before the first failure and reliability test shall be carried out by the testing department or enterprise at the user or their respective test base. No less than 2 units shall be tested for each item, and the test report shall be approved by the appraisal or testing department. 4.11
The effectiveness shall be assessed throughout the entire process of production testing and calculated according to formula (3): t
×100%
Where: K-
-effectiveness:
T,—shift operation time, h;
T—shift troubleshooting time, h.
4.12 Paint film adhesion shall comply with the provisions of JB/T5673. (3)
