JB/T6988-2002
JB/T6988-2002
This standard replaces JB/T6988-1993 "Spring Cone Crusher". Compared with JB/T6988-1993, the main changes of this standard are as follows: the clearance deviation of the crushing wall and the crushing wall of the crusher in the whole circumference is specified separately for the standard type and the short head type; based on long-term production and manufacturing experience, the continuous no-load test time is changed from 4h to 2h; - Based on long-term production and manufacturing experience, the self-rotation speed of the crushing cone is changed from 10r/min to 15r/min. This standard is proposed by the China Machinery Industry Federation. This standard is under the jurisdiction of the National Technical Committee for Standardization of Mining Machinery (SAC/TC88). Drafting unit of this standard: Shenyang Heavy Machinery Group Co., Ltd. The main drafters of this standard are Ma Hanchun and Wang Lijun. This standard was first issued in January 1975, revised for the first time in July 1988, and revised for the second time in September 1993. 1 Scope

After the bowl-shaped bearing frame of the crusher is assembled, the clearance between its lower end face and the upper surface of the eccentric sleeve shall comply with the provisions of Table 4. Table 4
Crusher specifications
Original mm
When the discharge port is adjusted to the minimum size,
The discharge clearance deviation between the crushing wall and the whitening wall in the entire circumference after the crusher is assembled,
Standard crusher shall not exceed 25% of the discharge port size; short-head crusher shall not exceed 20% of the discharge port size. No-load test requirements
After the crusher is assembled, the manufacturer shall use the motor with the same working speed and the lubrication station with similar performance to conduct a no-load test for no less than 2 hours.
4.4.2 The speed of the crushing cone shall not be greater than 15r/min. 4.4.3 Periodic noise is not allowed in the bevel gear. 4.4.4 The oil supply pressure should be within the range of 0.04MPa0.1MPa, and the maximum return oil temperature should not exceed 50℃. 4.5 Load test requirements
4.5.1 Continuous operation for 72h.
4.5.2 The oil supply pressure should be within the range of 0.04MPa~0.1MPa, and the maximum return oil temperature should not exceed 60℃. 4.6 Safety and health requirements
The crusher should have an interlocking system for electrical protection devices and its auxiliary equipment. 4.6.2 The crusher spring overload protection device should be safe and reliable. 4.6.3 Safety operation signs should be fixed in obvious positions of the crusher. 4.6.4 The noise sound pressure level of the crusher when running without load should not exceed 90dB (A). 4.7 Complete supply scope of crusher
JB/T69882002
The complete supply scope of crusher includes: main engine, motor and low-pressure control equipment, lubrication station, hydraulic station and special tools. 5 Test methods and inspection rules
5.1 The manufacturer shall conduct a pressure-maintaining and leakage-free test on the hydraulic system, and the test pressure shall comply with the provisions of Table 5. Table 5

5.2 When checking the gear meshing clearance, the eccentric sleeve shall be pressed against the frame bushing on one side of the pinion, and the lead pressing method shall be used for measurement. 5.3 When checking the axial clearance of the drive shaft, press the back of the pinion against the end face of the drive shaft bushing, and use a feeler gauge to check the clearance between the oil slinger and the other end face of the drive shaft bushing.
5.4 The size of the discharge port can be checked by using a lead ball fixed on a steel wire and measuring at four points roughly evenly distributed around the crushing chamber. The arithmetic mean of the size of the four lead balls after extrusion is the size of the discharge port. The diameter of the lead ball used for measurement should be larger than the predetermined size of the discharge port. 5.5 The processing capacity of the crusher can be calculated by using a belt scale or by weighing the material on the unit length of the feeding conveyor belt, and then according to the conveyor belt speed. 5.6 The noise measurement should comply with the provisions of GB/T3768-1996. 5.7 After each crusher passes the assembly inspection, it should be tested at no-load at the manufacturer and meet the requirements of 4.4. 5.8 After the test run, the crusher shall be disassembled for inspection. The friction parts shall not be seriously burned, blackened or worn. The slightly burned parts shall be properly treated before leaving the factory.
5.9 The load test run shall be carried out by the user and meet the following requirements: a) No-load operation shall comply with the provisions of 4.4; b) Half-load operation for 4h:
c) Full-load operation shall comply with the provisions of 4.5; d) There is no abnormal change in current:
, e) Feeding and discharging are normal.
6 Marking, packaging, transportation and storage
6.1 The crusher shall be fixed with a product label in a conspicuous position, and the content is as follows: a) Product model and name
b) Main technical parameters:
JB/T6988—2002
Factory number and date:
d) Manufacturer's name.
6.2 Before packaging, the oil stains on the machine parts should be removed, and all exposed processed surfaces should be coated with anti-rust oil. 6.3 In general, the crusher should be disassembled and packaged for transportation. When transportation conditions permit, small crushers can be shipped as a whole and meet the requirements of land and water transportation and loading.
6.4 The packaging of the crusher should comply with the provisions of JB/T5000.13-1998. 6.5 The text markings on the outer wall of the packaging box should comply with the provisions of GB/T1912000. 6.6 The technical documents supplied with the crusher include: a) Packing list:
b) Product factory certificate (certificate): installation and operation instructions, general drawings, component drawings, electrical control diagrams, lubrication and hydraulic system diagrams. Before installing and using the crusher, the parts should be properly stored to ensure that the parts are not rusted or damaged. 6.7
