Chapter 1 General
Article 1.0.1 In order to implement relevant national policies and unified construction acceptance requirements, unify testing methods, ensure project quality, save energy, protect the environment and operate safely in the construction of clean rooms (including prefabricated clean rooms, the same below), this specification is specially formulated. Article 1.0.2 This specification applies to the construction and acceptance of newly built and renovated industrial clean rooms and general biological clean rooms, and does not apply to the construction and acceptance of special biological clean rooms with biological safety requirements.
Article 1.0.3 Clean rooms must be constructed according to the design drawings, and when the design needs to be modified during construction, there should be a change notice from the design unit. Construction and acceptance cannot be carried out without drawings and technical requirements.
Article 1.0.4 Before the construction of the clean room, a detailed construction plan and procedures should be formulated. During the construction, various types of work should cooperate closely and be constructed according to the procedures. The types of work that are constructed first shall not hinder the subsequent construction.
Article 1.0.5 The main materials, equipment, finished products and semi-finished products used in the project shall comply with the design requirements and have factory certificates or quality appraisal documents. When there is doubt about the quality, it must be inspected. Expired materials shall not be used. Article 1.0.6: During the construction of the clean room, intermediate inspection and acceptance should be carried out after the completion of each process, and records should be kept for filing. Article 1.0.7 In addition to implementing this specification, the construction and acceptance of the clean room shall also comply with the provisions of the relevant national standards currently in force. hangers and vibrating equipment) and pipeline brackets. Article 2.3.4 The gaps of building decorations and doors and windows should be sealed on the positive pressure surface. Article 2.3.5 After the construction of partition wall removal, hole drilling, pipeline penetration through walls and floor slabs, the reconstruction project should be repaired firmly and the surface should be decorated accordingly to prevent dust accumulation and dust falling.
Article 2.3.6 Pipeline concealment engineering should be carried out after the pipeline construction is completed and the pressure test acceptance is carried out. The holes where pipelines pass through walls and where they are hung should be repaired flush, tight, clean, and caulked with sealing materials. Airtight sealing pads should be pasted around the inspection openings of concealed projects.
Article 2.3.7 A 0.4~0.A 6mm thick waterproof film is used as a moisture-proof layer, with a 50mm overlap at the joints, and it is firmly glued with tape. When pouring concrete, the compartment line should not pass through the clean room. The base moisture content of the construction roll material and the coating should not be greater than 6~8%.
Article 2.3.8 The skirting board should be flush with the wall or slightly indented 2~3m during construction. When the skirting board is made of the same material as the floor, it can be made into a small fillet, and the fillet radius R should be greater than or equal to 50mm; when the skirting board is made of different materials from the floor, it should be embedded with elastic materials.
See Figure 2.3.8.

Section 4 Construction Requirements
Article 2.4.1 Architectural decoration projects must formulate strict construction procedures with various professional types of work, generally in the following order: leaving holes for priming, various professional installations, internal door and window installation, repairing holes and surrounding areas, base priming, finishing plastering and panel covering projects, caulking treatment, paint slurry brushing projects and wallpapering projects.
Article 2.4.2 During the construction of clean room architectural decoration, dust must be cleaned at any time, and cleaning records should be kept for hidden spaces (such as ceilings and internal walls). Article 2.4.3 The surface of the completed decoration project should be protected, and the plate should not be sunken, cracked, or contaminated by surface decoration due to collision, knocking, trampling, or water-intensive operations. Article 2.4.4 Dust-prone operations shall not be performed in rooms where high-efficiency filters have been installed.
Article 2.4.5 Before laying the surface layer of plastic sheets or coils, they should be classified according to size and thickness in advance. The adhesive should be fully applied between the sheets or coils and the ground, and the surface should be leveled without leaking or residual air.
Article 2.4.6 Before the sealant is embedded, the impurities and oil stains in the base groove should be removed and the surface should be kept dry.
Article 2.4.7 Temporary equipment in the clean room should be closed when not in use to prevent dust and debris from entering.
Article 2.4.8 Good ventilation and lighting should be ensured at the construction site. For reconstruction projects, the original power supply and flammable, explosive and toxic gas pipelines should be identified and cut off before construction can be carried out. Safety protection measures should be taken for corrosive liquids used in the process of production.
Section 5 Installation of prefabricated clean rooms
