It is composed of various TV equipment such as black-and-white and color TV cameras, camera lenses, black-and-white and color monitors, controllers, electric pan-tilt heads, audio and video switchers, distributors, cable compensators, microwave repeaters, optical terminals, mounting brackets and protective covers. 3.2 External interface Refers to the electromechanical connection requirements between devices in the application TV system and the system's external interconnection. The interface content includes the input and output impedance of the equipment, the input and output signal level, the mechanical matching size, the safety requirements, the selection of connectors and cables, etc. General requirements 4.1 Power supply voltage 4.1.1 AC voltage Rated voltage: 220, 36, 24V. Power supply frequency: 50Hz. The equipment being powered should allow a rated voltage deviation of ±10%. 4.1.2 DC voltage Approved by the State Administration of Technical Supervision on December 6, 1994 and implemented on June 1, 1995 GB/T15413-94 Equipment using an external DC power supply should be able to work normally at one or more of the following rated voltages: Voltage rating: 5, 6, 9, 12, 15, 24V. 4.2 Safety requirements 4.2.1 The safety requirements for TV equipment should comply with the provisions of GB14861. 4.2.2 Metal cabinets, operating tables, monitor racks, etc. that house equipment in the application television system must be connected to a safe ground. 4.2.3 When the application television equipment is interconnected and has a power supply relationship, the selection of connectors should comply with the following regulations: When the power supply party uses a hole connector, the powered party should use a pin connector. 4.3 Video signal interconnection matching 4.3.1 The nominal value of the input and output impedance of the equipment: 75. 4.3.2 The rated value of the input and output level of the equipment: 1V (peak-to-peak value) terminated with 75Q positive polarity. 4.3.3 The input and output connectors of the equipment should comply with the provisions of GB11315. 4.4 Interconnection and matching of synchronization signals 4.4.1 Nominal value of input and output impedance of equipment: 759. 4.4.2 Rated value of input and output level of equipment: a. Composite synchronization signal: Full TV signal: Black field signal: 2~4V (peak-to-peak value) 1V (peak-to-peak value) 0.45V (peak-to-peak value) (color) 0.3V (peak-to-peak value) (black and white) 4.4.3 The input and output connectors of equipment shall comply with the provisions of GB11315. 4.5 Interconnection and matching of audio signals 4.5.1 Nominal value of input impedance of equipment: 600Q balanced or unbalanced; b. High impedance greater than 10k unbalanced. 4.5.2 Nominal output impedance of the equipment: bzxz.net a. 6002 balanced or unbalanced; b. Low impedance less than 600α unbalanced. 4.5.3 The input and output levels of the equipment shall be specified in the product standard. 4.5.4 Input and output connectors of the equipment: Negative polarity; Termination 752 Termination 752 Termination 759 Termination 752 Positive polarity; Positive polarity; Positive polarity. The input and output connectors of general audio equipment shall adopt YC type (see Appendix A (Supplement)) or TX type connector. The connectors of other audio equipment shall comply with the provisions of GB9031. Note: General audio equipment refers to audio switching switches, audio distributors, mixing consoles, TV monitor sound parts, etc. 4.6 Coaxial cable The transmission of video and synchronization signals shall adopt high-frequency coaxial cable with characteristic impedance of 75Ω-, and the coaxial cable shall comply with the provisions of GB/T14864. 5 Commonly used external interfaces of main equipment 5.1 Television camera 5.1.1 The power supply of television camera shall comply with the requirements of Article 4.1 of this standard. 5.1.2 Video output: Impedance nominal value: 752; Amplitude rating: 1V (peak-to-peak value) 5.1.3 External synchronization: Composite synchronization signal: Terminated 750 2~4V (peak-to-peak value) Positive polarity. The rear installation distance L of the camera lens is the distance between the lens positioning end face and the image plane, as shown in Figure 1. The interface requirements for the auto-iris lens are as follows: The mechanical interface of the auto-iris lens shall comply with the provisions of Table 1; Operating voltage range: 8~15V Rated sampling video amplitude: 1V (peak-to-peak value), the connector plug and contact point arrangement shall be specified in the product standard. 5.2.3 The interface requirements for the remote-controlled zoom lens are as follows: a. The mechanical interface of the zoom lens shall comply with the provisions of Table 1; the recommended value of the motor drive voltage is: AC36V, DC6V. When installing the connector on the lens, the YC10J7Z socket shall be used. The contact point arrangement is shown in Table 2. When the lens control line is directly led out, the end point of the control line shall use the XS aviation plug socket. The contact point arrangement is shown in Table 2. The connection between the bottom of the pan/tilt and the TV camera bracket shall comply with the provisions of Article 5.3.3.4. 5.3.3.1 The top interface dimensions of the pan/tilt with a load of less than 10kg are as follows: When the camera is directly installed, the top interface dimensions shall comply with the provisions of Figure 3: a. Lian Haixing Positive Motion Elimination GB/T15413—94 When the pan/tilt is connected to the protective cover, the top interface dimensions shall comply with the provisions of Figure 4. 2*0+ The top interface dimensions of the pan/tilt with a load of 10~20kg shall comply with the provisions of Figure 5. 5. 3. 3. 2 12010,2 5.3.3.3 The top interface dimensions of the pan/tilt with a load of 20~30kg shall comply with the provisions of Figure 6. 5.3.3.4 The bottom interface dimensions of the pan/tilt with a load of less than 10kg shall comply with the provisions of Figure 7. 56 GB/T15413—94 5.3.3.5 The dimensions of the bottom interface of the PTZ with a load of more than 10kg shall be specified in the product standard. 5.4 Direct universal controller The external interface of the direct universal controller includes supplying power to the TV camera, remote control of the zoom lens, control of the PTZ rotation, processing of video and synchronization signals, wiper control, etc. Note: A direct universal controller refers to an application TV device that usually directly provides control signals and working power to the TV camera, electric PTZ, wiper and heater. 5.4.1 The power supply shall comply with the provisions of Article 4.1 of this standard. 5.4.2 The external interface requirements of the direct universal controller are shown in Table 4. Connector socket: BNC type 5.5 The interface of microcomputer controller and non-direct general controller shall be specified by the product standard. 5.6 TV monitor Video input GB/T15413-94 Rated value of video signal amplitude: 1V (peak-to-peak value) terminated with 75Q positive polarity, Input impedance: 752; Connector socket: BNC type. Synchronous input Terminated with 75Q Composite synchronous amplitude: 2~4V (peak-to-peak value) Input impedance: 752; Connector socket: BNC type. Video and synchronous signal transfer output Negative polarity When video and synchronous signal are transferred and output, the input impedance should be converted from 75α to high impedance; Connector socket: BNC type. 5.6.4 Audio input Audio signal level rating: 0dB; Input impedance: high impedance; Connector socket: should comply with the provisions of SJ2303. 5.7 Microwave repeater, optical terminal Video signal Receiver, transmitter input and output impedance: 75Ω; Video amplitude rating: 1V (peak-to-peak) terminated 752 positive polarity; Connector socket: BNC type. Audio signal Input impedance: 6002 balanced or unbalanced or high impedance; Input level rating: 0dB; Connector socket: should comply with the provisions of SJ2303 or use YC type socket. 5.7.3 Transmitter Output impedance: 600Q balanced or unbalanced or low impedance; output level rating: +6dB; Connector socket: The connector socket shall comply with the provisions of SJ2303 or adopt a YC type socket. 5.8 Other equipment The external interfaces of application television equipment such as video switches, video distributors, cable compensators, etc. shall comply with the provisions of Chapter 4 of this standard. 6 Connectors When the application television system equipment is interconnected, the selection of various connectors shall comply with the provisions of Table 5 and Table 6. 6.1 Circular connectors are shown in Table 5. 6.2 Coaxial connectors are shown in Table 6.
