National Standard of the People's Republic of China Technical reguirements of manganese carbonate ore powder This standard applies to manganese carbonate ore powder used as raw materials for the production of electrolytic manganese metal, electrolytic manganese oxide, manganese salts, etc. 1 Technical requirements GB3714--83 1.1 The product is divided into four grades according to the content of manganese and impurities. Calculated based on the ore grade, it should meet the following table. Impurities, First-grade product Second-grade product Third-grade productwwW.bzxz.Net Fourth-grade product Manganese, % Not less than Not greater than 1.2 The requirements of the demander for other impurity contents shall be negotiated between the supply and demand parties. The supplier may provide relevant measured data according to the requirements of the demander. 1.3 The content of manganese dioxide in the product shall not exceed 2%. If it is greater than 2%, the manganese content of the product should be deducted from the manganese content of the product by the greater than 12% part... the manganese content of the manganese oxide. 1.4 The mixed water in the product should not be greater than 3%. The wet water content shall be subject to the inspection result of the supplier during packaging. 1.5 No foreign matter shall be mixed in the product. 1.6 The product shall pass the 10C daily sieve, and the weight under the sieve shall account for more than 95% of the total weight. 2 Test methods and inspection rules 2.1 The chemical composition analysis method of the product shall be carried out in accordance with GB1505~1522-79 "Chemical Analysis Method of Manganese Ore". 2.2 Production inspection sampling and preparation: If the batch is greater than or equal to 10t, take two samples before and after according to the production order as the fluctuation value of the manganese content of this batch of products, and the difference shall not exceed 1%, and then the two samples shall be combined into a batch sample. If the batch is less than 10t, do not take the samples before and after, only take the batch sample. Before sealing each bag of product, take a sample (about 50g) from the top of the mineral powder with a sampling spoon. The sample weight should not be less than 0.05% of the total amount. Mix the sample and divide it into four parts before sending it for testing. 2.3 Re-test sampling and preparation: For products that need arbitration, take 10% of the total number of bags (take 1 bag for every 10 bags) as sample bags, and use the aluminum brush crack shake tube to take samples. The sampling amount of each bag should not be less than 100g. Mix the sample and divide it into four parts. Take out 200g as a particle size test sample. Grind the rest (grinding equipment is high manganese steel) until all pass through a 100-mesh sieve. Take out 100g of the components, one for independent inspection, and the other two parts are sealed. The supply and demand parties shall keep one copy each. 2.4 Products with the same stone type and similar main chemical composition are counted as a batch. The batch size should not exceed 801. 2.5 The products should be inspected and accepted by the technical supervision department of the supplier, and the quality certificate should be filled in. 2.6 If the purchaser has any objection, it may raise it to the supplier within 15 days from the date of receipt. The purchaser and the supplier shall re-sample and re-test together, and determine the grade according to the re-test results. Arbitration-related matters shall be agreed upon by both parties. 3 Marking, packaging, transportation, storage GB 3714-83 3.1 The product is packaged in a sack or woven bag with an inner liner, and each bag weighs 50kg. 3.2 Each packaging bag shall be labeled with: a. Product name; b. Batch number: c. Grade; Supplier name. Products should be stored in a warehouse to avoid moisture. Avoid rain during shipment. The departments involved shall be responsible for bag breakage, product deterioration or mixing with other sundries caused by transportation or storage. Each batch of products shipped to the purchaser shall be accompanied by a quality certificate, indicating: 3.4 Supplier name, Product name, Batch number; Net weight, Gross weight; Chemical composition; Water content; Number of packages; Date of shipment; Number of this standard. Additional remarks: This standard was proposed by the Ministry of Metallurgy of the People's Republic of China. This standard was drafted by Xiangtan Manganese Mine.
