Machinery Industry Standard of the People's Republic of China JB/T1590-96 Rock Drilling Machinery and Pneumatic Tools Product Model Preparation Method 1996-09-03 Issued Ministry of Machinery Industry of the People's Republic of China 1997-07-01 Implementation JB/T1590-96 This standard is a revision of JB1590-83. In order to ensure the continuity of the preparation of professional product models and facilitate the management of professional products, this revision is to supplement and improve the original standard, and implement my country's legal measurement units, but the standard structure has not been fundamentally changed. In order to ensure the implementation of my country's legal measurement units, the main parameter codes in the product models are consistent with the original standard compilation. The original "kgf" as the unit of force is now changed to "10N", and the original "1f·m" as the unit of impact energy is now changed to "10J". This standard adds two chapters on the basis of JB1590-83, namely Chapter 1 Scope and Chapter 2 Reference Standards. This standard implements GB/T1.1-1993 "Guidelines for Standardization Work Unit 1: Rules for Drafting and Presentation of Standards Part 1: Basic Provisions for Standard Preparation" and GB/T1.22-1993 "Guidelines for Standardization Work Unit 2: Methods for Determining Standard Contents Part 22: Reference Standards Regulations". This standard will replace JB1590-83 from the date of implementation. This standard is proposed and managed by the National Technical Committee for Standardization of Rock Drilling Machinery and Pneumatic Tools. The drafting unit of this standard: Tianshui Rock Drilling Machinery and Pneumatic Tools Research Institute. The main drafters of this standard: Zhao Baoyu, Zhang Yucheng, Chen Lanfang. This standard was first issued in 1975, first revised in 1983, and this is the second revision. 1 1 Scope Machinery Industry Standards of the People's Republic of China Rock Drilling Machinery and Pneumatic Tools Product Model Compilation Method This standard specifies the method for compiling product models of rock drilling machinery and pneumatic tools. JB/T 1590—96 Replaces B1590—83 This standard applies to the compilation of rock drilling machinery and pneumatic tool product models, and does not apply to the compilation of wire rope impact drills and rotary drills. 2 Cited standards The provisions contained in the following standards constitute the provisions of this standard through reference in this standard. When this standard is published, the versions shown are valid. All standards will be revised, and parties using this standard should explore the possibility of using the latest versions of the following standards. GB3836.1-83 General requirements for explosion-proof electrical equipment for explosive atmospheres GB 6247—86 Terms and Terms for Rock Drilling Machinery and Pneumatic Tools 3 Basic Principles for the Compilation of Product Models 3.1 Product models shall be compiled according to the principles of category, group and type, and shall be able to reflect the characteristics of the product and be simple, clear and without duplication. 3.2 Product names shall comply with the provisions of GB6247. The word "pneumatic" shall be omitted in the product names of rock drills and drilling vehicles, and no code shall be added to the product model (see Table 1). 3.3 In the group column of drilling vehicles, no code shall be added for "open-pit" and "underground"; in the handheld flexible shaft drive rock drills of the rock drill category, no group code "D" shall be added (see Table 1). 3.4 No category code is added to the pneumatic tool category (see Table 1).
