The types and dimensions of this standard JB/T8137.1~8137.4-1999 are revised with reference to DIN46391 standard. This standard JB/T8137 includes the following parts under the general title "Wire and Cable Delivery Tray": JB/T8137.1 Part 1: General provisions Appendix A Reference table of tray length; 2 Part 2: All-wood structure delivery tray;

JB/T8137.3 Part 3: All-steel corrugated structure delivery tray; JB/T8137.4 Part 4: Steel composite structure delivery tray; Parts 2 to 4 should be used together with Part 1. In 1995, the standard number of GB4005-83 was changed to JB/T8137-95, but its content was not revised. When it is revised according to DIN46391 standard, d is defined as the diameter of the shaft hole, which is consistent with DIN standard and small-diameter machine wire drum standard: and the original standard only divides the size and technical requirements into the method of writing partial standards, and divides the delivery drum into full wood structure, full steel corrugated structure and steel composite structure according to the structure, and the original iron and wood structure is classified as steel composite combination. Each part describes in detail the model, specification, material, basic technical requirements and test items of various delivery drums. From the date of implementation, this standard will replace JB/T8137.1~8137.2-95 at the same time. Appendix A of Part 1 of this standard is a prompt appendix. 6.4.1 The outer surface of the cylinder slats should be planed and arched.

6.4.2 The body should be cylindrical, and the arch of the board should conform to a circle line as much as possible. The height difference between two adjacent board strips should be less than 2mm, and the gap between the board strips should be less than 3mm.
6.4.3 The depth of the nail head embedded in the board should be greater than 3mm. 6.5 Side panels
6.5.1 The inner side of the side panels should be planed and the strips should conform to the same plane as much as possible. The protruding part of any strip is less than: 2mm for side panels with a diameter of 1400mm or less;
3mm for side panels with a diameter of more than 1400mm.
6.5.2 The nails should be nailed from the inner side to the outside, and the depth of the nail head buried in the board should be greater than 2mm. The length of the nail should be able to bend the nail tip at least 10mm horizontally and bury it in the side panel. 6.5.3 The position of the axis hole should be in the middle of a strip in the middle of each layer of the board. 6.6 Appearance quality
6.6.1 The outer surface of the delivery tray should be smooth. There should be no cracks on the entire wire tray. 6.6.2 The inner surface of the side panel and the outer surface of the shell must be smooth and flat. 6.7 Load

6.8.1 There should be a storage box (cut) for the wire and cable product certificate or manual on the outside of the side panel or other appropriate position. 6.8.2

There can be holes on the side panel for leading out the wire and cable ends. The snail pads of the coaxial cable ends shall be handled according to the agreement between the two parties. There should be installation holes on the side panel for fixing the cable ends. 7
