5 Test method
5.1 Sample processing conditions and test environment conditions JB/T7093-93
Perform according to the provisions of Chapter 1 and Chapter 2 of GB7114. 5.2 Appearance

Take 3 self-extinguishing tubes of 200mm in length as samples, place the samples in a constant temperature box at 250±5℃ for 24h, take them out and cool them to room temperature, then use a rod ten times the diameter of the tube to bend the self-extinguishing tube into a U shape along the rod, and observe that the paint film has no droplets, no cracks, no flow marks, and no discoloration, which is qualified. 5.8 Self-extinguishing

5.9 Long-term heat resistance
According to GB11026.1, the end point index is agreed by the supply and demand parties, and the inspection rules
6.1 The products produced continuously for 24h on one equipment with the same raw materials and processes are considered a batch. Each batch of products must be inspected before delivery. The items for delivery inspection are Articles 4.1 and 4.2 of this standard and Items 1 and 3 in Table 3. 6.2 Type inspection items are those in Articles 4.1, 4.2 and 4.3 of this standard, which shall be conducted at least once every three months. When the raw materials or processes are changed, type inspection shall also be conducted. Article 4.4 is a final inspection item. 6.3 Other items shall comply with the provisions of Chapter 4 of GB7113. 7 Marking, packaging, transportation and storage
7.1 The storage period is 6 months.
