D (6*/4) 4.1 Kelly plug valves shall comply with the provisions of this standard and shall be manufactured in accordance with drawings and technical documents approved in the prescribed procedures. 4.2 The threads of the upper and lower Kelly plug valves shall comply with the provisions of GB9253.1. The threads shall be copper plated (or phosphated). 4.3 The shape of the Kelly plug valve shall be completely streamlined and shall not have protruding parts that are prone to cause accidents. 4.4 The upper Kelly plug valve shall leave a distance of not less than 200mm for the clamping part of the hanging clamp. 4.5 The lower Kelly plug valve shall leave a distance of not less than 200mm for the clamping part of the hanging clamp after at least one trimming at the end with internal threads. 4.6, the body material of the kelly plug valve shall comply with the provisions of GB3077, but the tensile strength shall not be less than 1000MPa, the yield strength shall not be less than 800MPa, and the elongation shall not be less than 11%. The hardness after quenching and tempering shall not be less than HB280. The valve seat and valve core of the kelly plug valve shall be corrosion-resistant and wear-resistant, and the sealing surface hardness shall not be less than HRC50. 4.7 The maximum operating temperature of the kelly plug valve is 82. 4.8 The maximum working pressure and test pressure of the upper and lower kelly plug valves shall comply with the provisions of Table 5. 3 Maximum working pressure value SY/T 5525—92 Seal test force value Strength test pressure value 4.9 The upper and lower kelly plug valves shall be subjected to strength and sealing tests according to the provisions of Table 5, and no leakage shall be allowed after stabilizing the pressure for 3 minutes. 5 Test methods and inspection rules 5.1 Each Kelly plug valve shall be inspected and qualified by the quality inspection department of the manufacturer before it can be shipped. 5.2 The internal and external threads of the upper and lower Kelly plug valves shall be checked with a thread gauge in accordance with GB4749, which shall comply with the provisions of Article 4.2. 5.3 The appearance quality and main dimensions shall comply with the provisions of Articles 4.3 to 4.5 and the drawings. 5.4 The strength test of the upper and lower Kelly plug valves shall be carried out in the "open" position of the valve, and the sealing test shall be carried out in the "closed" position of the valve. During the test, pressure shall be applied from the external thread end first, and the internal thread end shall be opened to the atmosphere, and then pressure shall be applied from the internal thread end, and the external thread end shall be opened to the atmosphere. The test results shall comply with the provisions of Article 4.9. 6 Marking, packaging and transportation 6.1 The marking of the upper Kelly plug valve is as follows: line. Trademark; b. Specification and type of internal thread at the upper end; c. Specification and type of external thread at the lower end. 6.2 The markings of the lower Kelly plug are as follows: a. Trademark; b. External diameter; c. Specification and type of internal thread at the upper end; d. Specification and type of external thread at the lower end. 6.3. The position marks of "open" and "close" should be clearly marked on the body of the Kelly plug valve. 6.4. The connecting thread of the Kelly plug valve should be equipped with a thread protector and greased. 6.5. The Kelly plug valve shall be packed in accordance with the provisions of SY5309, fixed in a wooden box, and packed for shipment. 6.6. The following technical documents shall be carried along with the product:. Certificate of conformity; b. Instructions for use c. Packing list. 6.7. The product packaging shall have the following marks: a. Manufacturer's name. b. Product name and model c. Product number; d. Date of manufacture. 6.8.
