There should be no insulation breakdown and flashover after running for more than 1min. 4.4.2 Safety protection of high-voltage power supply When the output of the high-voltage power supply is short-circuited, the output DC voltage drops to zero volts, the high-voltage power supply can automatically stop working and display, and automatically return to normal after the short-circuit fault is eliminated. 4.5 Appearance JB/T6410—92 The surface should be flat and smooth, and the coating should not have cracks, bubbles or shedding. There should be no looseness in the fastening parts. The electric field charging area and dust collecting area should be properly connected to the high voltage terminal when installed in the chassis. The chassis should be well sealed. The position of the label and trademark should be correct and the handwriting should be clear. 5 Test method Test conditions: Temperature: 20±5C; Relative humidity: ≤85%; Atmospheric pressure: 86×10~106×10Pa. 5.2 Test instruments The test instruments are shown in Table 4. Electrostatic high-voltage meter DC Jiaan meter Multimeter Tilt micromanometer Pitot tube Dust sampler Sound level meter C75-mA YYT-200B JSC-Ⅲ type 5.2.2 The instruments and meters used for testing and inspection shall be qualified by the national designated metrology inspection agency. 5.3 Test method 5.3.1 Dust removal efficiency test Test according to the provisions of ZBJ88002.3, and shall meet the requirements of No. 1 in Table 3 of Article 4.3 of this standard. 5.3.2 Handling air volume test Test according to the provisions of ZBJ88002.3, and shall meet the requirements of No. 2 in Table 3 of Article 4.3 of this standard. 5.3.3 Pressure drop test Test according to ZBJ88001.5, and it shall meet the requirements of No. 3 in Table 3 of Article 4.3. 5.3.4 Noise test Precision level Dust collector is connected to the load, 1m away from the chassis (1.2~1.5m from the ground). Use a sound level meter to measure the noise at the four corners of the dust collector, and then take the average value. The result shall meet the requirements of No. 4 in Table 3 of Article 4.3. 5.3.5 Output DC voltage test Connect the corresponding load as shown in Figure 2, measure the DC voltage in the charging area and the dust collection area, and the result shall meet the requirements of No. 5 and 6 in Table 3 of Article 4.3. 5.3.6 Output DC current test Connect the wires as shown in Figure 2, measure the corresponding load DC current, and the result shall meet the requirements of No. 7 in Table 3 of Article 4.3. 3 5.4 Technical characteristics test 5.4.1 No-load test JB/T6410-92 When the output end of the high-voltage power supply is open (no load is connected), the power supply is turned on, the voltage output is maximum, and after running for 1 minute, it should meet the requirements of Article 4.4.1. 5.4.2 Safety and protection test When the high-voltage power supply is fully loaded, the high voltage is short-circuited, and it should meet the requirements of Article 4.4.2. 5.5 Appearance inspection: Visual inspection: Use a wrench to check the screw joints; c. Push the casters by hand. All should meet the requirements of Article 4.5. 6 Inspection rules 6.1 Inspection categories Dust collector inspection is divided into factory inspection and type inspection. 6.2 Factory Inspection Factory inspection is the responsibility of the quality inspection department of the manufacturer and shall be carried out in accordance with the requirements of No. 5 to 7 in Table 3 of Article 4.3 and Articles 4.4 and 4.5 and the methods of Articles 5.3.5 to 5.5. 6.3 Type Inspection 6.3.1 Inspection Conditions Type inspection shall be carried out when the product meets any of the following conditions: a. When a small batch is produced before the new product is put into production; When there are major changes in the design, process and materials used; b. When production is resumed after being suspended for more than one year; When the national quality supervision agency proposes a type inspection requirement. d. 6.3.2 Inspection Items and Methods It shall be carried out in accordance with the requirements of Table 3 of Article 4.3 and the test methods of Articles 5.3.1 to 5.3.6. 6.3.3 Sampling method Each time, sampling shall be conducted from qualified products of factory inspection, and the number of samples shall not be less than 2 sets: 6.3.4 Qualification judgment Inspect according to the above requirements, and those that are all qualified shall be qualified. If there are unqualified items, the unqualified items shall be double-checked. If they are still unqualified, the batch of products shall be judged as unqualified. 7 Marking, packaging, transportation and storage 7.1 Marking 7.1.1 Product marking shall include the following contents: a..Product model and name; Power supply and power; Dust removal efficiency; Manufacturer name; Factory number: Manufacture date. The accompanying documents shall be packed in plastic bags and placed in the packaging box. 7.2.2 Accessories Hoses, spare parts and accessories supplied in accordance with the user agreement shall be packed separately, tied firmly and placed in the packing box: 7.3 Transportation 7.3.1 The dust collector shall be protected from rain, snow and mechanical collision during transportation. 7.3.2 The product shall be firmly fixed during transportation to prevent severe bumps. 7.4 Purchase and storage 7.4.1 The dust collector should be stored in a rainproof warehouse, and should be free of corrosion, flammable and explosive dangerous gases, and the ambient temperature should be within the range of 25-45℃. 7.4.2 When the dust collector is stored, its joints should be coated with anti-rust grease.
