4.4.3 Test steps
QB/T 3502-1999
Measure the thickness of each part of the sample to an accuracy of 0.05mm, and take the average value of 5 points as the measurement result. 4.4.4 Place the prepared sample between the two clamps of the universal material testing machine and clamp it firmly. Apply tension at a load speed of 1470~1225kN (125~150kgf) per minute until the sample breaks. Record the applied tension and express the measurement result as the arithmetic average of three measured values.
4.4.5 CalculationbZxz.net
The tensile strength per unit cross section is calculated according to formula (1): Q=
Wherein; Q--tensile strength per unit cross section, N/cm2 (kgf/cm); P-tensile strength of the sample, N (kgf);
F-cross-sectional area of the sample before the test, cm.
: Calculate to an accuracy of 0.001N/cm2.
4.5 Determination of bonding coefficient
4.5.1 Three specimens of 100mm×30mm in length are cut longitudinally from the cardboard at a distance of not less than 50mm from the edge of the hard steel cardboard, and the bonding coefficient is determined on a tensile strength tester of not more than 294kN (30kgf). 4.5.2 Test steps
Place the sample in distilled water at (20±2)°C and soak for 24 hours. Take it out and peel off the middle part of one end of the sample with a knife tip. Then tear it 30mm by hand and clamp the two ends of the split on the upper and lower clamps of the tensile strength tester. The distance between the two clamps is 30mm. Then start the tensile machine and lower the lower clamp evenly until the pointer stops moving. The arithmetic mean of the three measured values is used to express the test result. 4.5.3 Calculation
Calculate the bonding coefficient according to formula (2):
Where: K——bonding coefficient, mN/cm;
F——adhesion, mN,
D——sample width, cm.
4.6 Determination of zinc chloride content
First, cut the hard steel cardboard sample into 2cm×2cm small pieces and weigh two 2.5g samples. Place one portion in an oven at 100-105°C and dry to constant weight. Place the other portion in a 250mL conical flask, then add about 150mL of distilled water, then add 2-4mL of 3% hydrogen peroxide, boil on an electric stove for about 15 minutes, pour the extract into a 250mL volumetric flask, then pour it into the conical flask containing the sample and add 150mL of distilled water (no hydrogen peroxide is added this time). After the second boiling for 15 minutes, mix the extracts in a 250mL volumetric flask, cool to 20°C, dilute to the mark, draw 50mL of the solution into a 150mL conical flask, add 0.4mL of 5% potassium chromate, and titrate with 0.01M silver nitrate solution until it turns orange-red. The zinc chloride content is calculated according to formula (3): zinc chloride content (%) = V×068 2×5×100w.
Where: V-
The volume of silver nitrate solution consumed, mL,
N—Molar concentration of silver nitrate solution, mol/L; W. --Mass of dry sample, g
0.0682——Conversion coefficient of zinc chloride.

4.7 Determination of skewness of cotton strip steel cardboard
The determination method of diagonal line: First, use a tape measure to measure the length of the horizontal left corner of the cotton strip steel cardboard and its diagonal opposite, and then use a tape measure to measure the length of the horizontal right corner of the cotton strip steel cardboard and its diagonal opposite. The error of the length of the two diagonal lines shall not exceed 10-15mm, that is, the skewness of the cotton strip steel cardboard is qualified.
