7.5 Integrity test of external repair coating
Immerse the weld external repair coating in a mixed solution of 20% (mass concentration) copper sulfate (CuSO:·5H?O) and 10% (volume fraction) hydrochloric acid. After 1 minute, take out the sample, rinse it with clean water, dry it, and visually inspect it. 7.6 Internal coating integrity test
7.6.1 Instrument and electrolyte
7.6.1.1 Internal coating integrity tester: DC voltage 6.3V, minimum reading value not greater than 0.1mA7.6.1.2 Electrolyte: 2% (mass concentration) sodium sulfate solution, 1% (mass concentration) sodium fluoride solution. Note: The test solution is prepared with analytical reagents and distilled water7.6.2 Internal coating integrity test for cans
Use the internal coating integrity tester, connect the can to the positive electrode, add 2% (mass concentration) sodium sulfate solution in the can, insert a stainless steel rod 3mm from the can mouth to the negative electrode, and read the internal coating defect current value at the 4th second. 7.6.3 Integrity test of inner coating film of easy-open end and bottom cover 7.6.3.1 Easy-open end and bottom cover of aluminum alloy sheet: Use inner coating film integrity tester, use 1% (mass concentration) sodium fluoride solution to test, and read the inner coating film defect current value at the 4th second 7.6.3.2 Bottom cover of (chrome) thin steel sheet: Use inner coating film integrity tester, use 2% (mass concentration) sodium sulfate solution to test, and read the inner coating film defect current value at the 4th second. 7.7 Pressure test of tank body
Pour the tank into water, fill the tank with compressed air and slowly increase the pressure to the specified value (gauge pressure), maintain the pressure for 1min. After decompression, observe whether the tank body has permanent deformation
7.8 Sealing test of tank body
During the test, observe whether the tank body has leakage. 7.9 Quality inspection of dry sealant film
Use a balance with a sensitivity of 0.001g to weigh the sealed cover as W1. Remove the sealant and weigh it after drying as W. The quality of the dry sealant film (W) is equal to Wi minus W
7.10 Tests of the opening force and full opening force of aluminum easy-open covers Use a breaking force with a reading value not greater than 1N and a full opening force tester to test the cover. Read the maximum value when the pull ring is opened and when the pull ring is completely detached.
7.11 Opening reliability test of aluminum easy-open covers
After baking at 200.℃ for 5min and cooling, open the aluminum easy-open cover by hand or with simple tools. 7.12 Pressure resistance test of aluminum easy-open covers and bottom covers
Use a cover pressure resistance strength tester with a reading value not greater than 10kPa to slowly increase the pressure of the cover to 180kPa (gauge pressure), maintain the pressure for 1min, and observe whether the cover has permanent deformation after pressure relief.
7.13 Sealing test of aluminum easy-open end and bottom cover During the test in 7.12, observe whether the sample has leakage. 8 Inspection rules
