Note: The stress and strain properties of vulcanized rubber listed in Table 1 are This index is based on ASTMIRBNo6 carbon black. During arbitration inspection, IRBNo6 carbon black must be used. During factory inspection, domestic standard reference carbon black SRB: No. can also be used. Appendix A provides reference values ??for the difference between ASTMIRBNo6 and SRB3.
4 Inspection Rules
4.1 The manufacturer inspects the SBR1500 shipped from the factory according to this standard to ensure that all shipped products meet the requirements of this standard. Each batch of products should be accompanied by a quality certificate in a certain format. 4.2 The user has the right to inspect and accept the SBR1500 received in accordance with this standard. If the requirements of this standard are not met, objections must be raised within two months after arrival. The user shall not raise any objection if the product quality deteriorates due to improper storage or use. If a dispute arises between the supply and demand parties, the quality arbitration unit will conduct arbitration inspection in accordance with this standard. 4.3 Sampling rules shall be carried out in accordance with GB6734-86. 4.4 During factory inspection, take a sample from the sample, take an equal amount of gel sample from each sample, mix it, and prepare the sample according to GB6735-86.
4.5 Conduct full inspection on the prepared samples. If any of the inspection results does not meet the corresponding grade requirements, the batch of products should be downgraded or classified as unqualified products.
4.6 For volatile matter and Mooney viscosity during the arbitration inspection, each plastic package making up the sample shall be inspected separately. Other items shall be conducted according to the factory inspection methods 4.3~4.5. The volatile matter and Mooney viscosity are used to determine whether the batch is qualified or not according to Table 2. When the number of unqualified products in sample n is greater than the batch qualification number A. , the batch of products is deemed unqualified, otherwise it is deemed qualified. 5 Packaging, marking, storage and transportation
5.1SBR1500 is packed in a composite bag or polypropylene woven bag lined with polyethylene film. The net weight of each pack of rubber is 25±0.25kg and 35±0.5kg.
5.2 The product name, brand number, net weight, manufacturer (company) name, registered trademark, etc. should be clearly marked on the front of each packaging bag. The manufacturing date or production batch number, etc. are printed on the label on the back or mouth of the bag. 5.3 When SBR1500 is stored, it should be stacked neatly in stacks and rows with a certain row spacing, and the stacking height should not exceed 10 pieces of glue. SBR1500 should be stored in a room temperature, ventilated, clean and dry warehouse. Open stacking and direct sunlight are strictly prohibited. 5.4 During the transportation of SBR1500, measures should be taken to prevent direct sunlight and rainwater immersion; transportation vehicles should be clean and tidy to avoid packaging damage and debris mixing.
The quality guarantee period of 5.5SBR1500 is two years from the production date. 103

Additional notes:
This standard is under the jurisdiction of the Synthetic Rubber Sub-Technical Committee of the National Technical Committee for Standardization of Rubber and Rubber Products. This standard is drafted by Jihua Organic Synthesis Factory and Lanhua Synthetic Rubber Factory. GB 8655-1988 Styrene-butadiene Rubber (SBR) 1500" No. 1 modification sheet was approved by the State Bureau of Technical Supervision on August 7, 1997 in the form of Technical Supervision National Standard Letter (1997) No. 175.
