This standard is formulated on the basis of the former Ministry of Light Industry standards SG118-1978 "Rare Fruit Shears", SG119--1978 "Mulberry Branch Shears", SG120-1978 "Mulberry Leaf Shears" and SG121-1978 "High Branch Shears". This standard makes corresponding adjustments to the basic dimensions and technical requirements of the products, and unifies the inspection rules, packaging, marking, transportation and storage, etc. in accordance with the provisions of GB/T6867-1986 "Inspection Rules, Marking and Packaging of Gardening Tools". From the date of implementation, this standard will replace SG118-1978, SG119-1978, SG120-1978 and SG121--1978. 3.1Type

4 Technical requirements
4.1 Surface quality

4.1.1 The surface of mulberry shears shall be smooth, without defects such as cracks, burrs, oxide scale, etc. 4.1.2 The surface of mulberry shears shall be polished, blackened or otherwise treated. 4.1.3 The surface roughness R value of polished mulberry shears should not be greater than 6.3um. 4.1.4 The surface of blackened soft shears should have a uniform black oxide layer and should not have exposed bottom. 4.2 Hardness
The hardness of the blade of mulberry shears should not be lower than HRC47.4.3 Performance
4.3.1 The shear head should be flexible to open, and the shear blade should not be overcut after closing. 4.3.2 The blade edge of the shear should be sharp, the blade line should be neat, and there should be no edge breakage or curling. 4.3.3 The elastic force of the shear spring should be uniform, without jamming and rolling, and its surface must be bright. 5 Test method
5.1 Dimension inspection
The dimensions of mulberry shears are inspected by general measuring tools and special cardboards. 5.2 Surface quality inspection
5.2.1 The surface quality of mulberry shears is inspected by visual inspection. 5.2.2 The surface roughness of mulberry shears is inspected by surface roughness standard sample. 659

5.2.3 The black layer of the mulberry shears shall be tested according to the method specified in GB5936. 5.3 Hardness test
The hardness of the mulberry shears shall be tested in the area shown in Figure 2 according to the provisions of GB/T 230. 15~10

5.4.1 The performance of the soft shears shall be tested by hand feeling and visual inspection. 5.4.2 When the full cutting edge of the soft shears is used to cut the C-level copy paper specified in GB/T 1911, the cut surface shall be smooth and neat, and there shall be no fuzzing or tearing.
5.4.3 After the shear spring is degreased once, it shall be compressed continuously for 10,000 times at a frequency of 60 times per minute on a special testing machine. After the test, the shear spring shall not have any breakage or obvious deformation.
6 Inspection rules
The inspection rules for products shall comply with the provisions of Chapter 1 of GB/T6867-1986. 7 Marking, packaging, transportation and storage
The marking, packaging, transportation and storage of products shall comply with the provisions of Chapter 2 of GB/T6867-1986. 660
