The above 4.1~4.4 shall comply with the provisions of 2.1~2.4 in JB3688.3 respectively. Among them, Table 10 and Table 11 add two conditions: altitude and pressure. Approved by the Ministry of Machinery and Electronics Industry on December 17, 1991 and implemented on July 1, 1992
4.5 Plateau low temperature starting test JB/T5931.3~91 The prototype adopts plateau low overflow starting measures, and is placed in neutral position under the condition of ambient temperature below -25℃ and shutdown for more than 12 hours. Starting conditions, test conditions, test methods and measurement items shall comply with the provisions of Articles 4.1~4.14 of JB3826. 4.6 Driver's working conditions assessment 4.6.1 Cab insulation and heating measurement During winter operation, the cab is closed, the heating system is turned on, and a thermometer is hung under the instrument panel. The temperature is measured at the same time as the ambient temperature, 20 minutes each time, and a total of 2 hours. The measurement results are compiled into the report. 4.6.2 Other assessment items shall comply with the provisions of Article 2.5 of JB3688.3. 4.7 Plateau loader passability index measurement. 4.8 Plateau loader braking test. 4.9 Plateau loader maneuverability test. The above 4.7~4.9 shall comply with the provisions of Articles 2.6~2.8 of JB3688.3 respectively. 4.10 Plateau loader dynamic test The hydraulic transmission oil temperature of the plateau loader shall be kept within 90~110℃, and each test shall comply with the provisions of Article 2.9 of JB3688.3. Among them, Table 22, Table 23, Table 24, Table 26 and Table 27 add five conditions: altitude, air pressure, air temperature, relative humidity and hydraulic transmission oil temperature. 4.11 Technical and economic index assessment The technical and economic index assessment shall comply with the provisions of Article 2.10 of JB3688.3, and Table 28 adds three conditions: altitude, air pressure and air temperature. 5 Plateau industrial test This test should always be carried out at a plateau operation site with an altitude of 2000 to 4500m. The operation time at an altitude of more than 3000m shall not be less than 500h. 5.1 Test purpose The purpose of the plateau industrial test is to conduct a comprehensive assessment of the reliability and economy of the plateau loader under plateau field conditions to evaluate the product quality indicators. 5.2 Test content Verification of the reliability index of the plateau loader; statistics on the productivity and fuel consumption of the plateau loader; assessment of the driver's working conditions; Technical maintenance and repair conditions; Evaluation of the performance of the plateau loader. 5.3 Test duration conditions The duration of the plateau loader industrial test can be selected within the first overhaul cycle after the machine leaves the factory according to the specific requirements for the reliability index. The plateau industrial test time is 1000h. During the plateau industrial test, there should be 200 hours of winter operation. 5.4 Operation mode regulations Should comply with Article 3.3 of JB3688.3. 5.5 Reliability information collection All production activities of the loader during the test should be monitored by the test personnel. Including operation, maintenance, repair and work area transfer. All intelligence data should be timely counted and filled in according to the format and content specified in Tables 29, 30, 31 and 32 of JB3688.3. Pay special attention to filling in the faults and troubleshooting measures of each plateau device in detail. Table 32 should add the following plateau device assessment content: a.
