Parties using this standard should explore the possibility of using the latest versions of the following standards: GB/T 6678-86 General Rules for Sampling of Chemical Products 3 Product PackagingbzxZ.net 3.1 At the end of the production process, the net weight of each package of products is 25kg or as required by the user, and the allowable weighing error is ±0.2kg. 3.2 The products are bagged in the form of fan-flattened rectangular blocks with the bag mouth sealed. 3.3 The packaging material must be strong enough to prevent damage during transportation and have the ability to prevent moisture and pollution. 3.4 Packaging bag structure The inner bag is three layers of 80g/m2 kraft paper, and the outer bag is a plastic woven bag with a layer of plastic film on the inner wall; the inner bag is polyethylene carboxylic acid, and the outer bag is a plastic woven bag and a paper-plastic composite bag. 3.5 Packaging mark Each package should have a striking mark on the front, and the content of the mark includes: a) Manufacturer name: Product name. Category; Registered trademark; Net weight: Production date. 4 Product storage and transportation 4.1 The product should be stored in a ventilated place. 4.2 Avoid mixed storage and transportation with items that may deteriorate the product or damage the packaging bag. 4.3 Purchase, storage and transportation should ensure that the product packaging is clean and not damaged. Any product that has been taken out of the package shall not be returned to the package. 5 Sampling 5.1 Sampler Approved by the Ministry of Chemical Industry of the People's Republic of China on April 10, 1996, and implemented on January 1, 1997 It is a stainless steel spoon with a handle. 5.2 Sample container A wide-mouth plastic bottle with a screw cap that can hold 2g of sample HG/T 2796—1996 5.3 Number of samples 5.3.1 According to GB/T6678, if the number of units of the overall material is less than 500, the number of sampling units shall be selected according to the provisions of Table 1. If it is a decimal, it is rounded up to an integer. 5.4 Sampling method Open the mouth of the sampling bag, use the sampler to sample near the center of the bag, take an equal portion from each sampling bag, mix them, and then put them into the sample container. The total sample volume is 2kg. 5.5 Sample label After the sample is placed in the container, immediately a label is attached to the outer wall of the container. The sample is accompanied by a copy of the report. 5.7 Storage of samples 5.7.1 The sample should be stored in a sample room with appropriate temperature and humidity. 5.7.2 The effective storage period of the sample is half a year 6 Inspection Product factory inspection and type inspection are carried out in accordance with the items specified in the technical conditions and standards. Judgment rules If any item of factory inspection and type inspection does not meet the index, it will be judged as a non-conforming product. 8 Acceptance 81 Product acceptance is carried out in accordance with the inspection regulations.
