This standard was first issued in December 1994. This standard specifies the international trade mode codes applicable to my country's international trade and international economic cooperation. This standard is applicable to electronic data exchange and information processing by institutions engaged in international trade. This standard replaces GB/T15421-1994 "International Trade Mode Code". Compared with GB/T15421-1994 "International Trade Mode Code", this standard has the following changes: - According to the actual needs of my country's international trade, the customs codes are widely used. Some international trade mode codes have been adjusted to meet the needs of my country's foreign trade statistics; - Some new international trade mode classification codes have been added, such as "international service trade" and "international investment" to adapt to the main development direction of international trade; - According to the business needs of enterprises, the description of the international trade mode codes has been revised to facilitate the promotion and use of enterprises.
