This standard is a revision of QB/T1859-1993 "Fragrant powder, talcum powder, and prickly heat powder", and the following contents are mainly modified: - Added the reference of GB5296.3 "General standard for consumer product instructions for cosmetics, etc."; - Net content shall be implemented in accordance with the "Regulations on Metrological Supervision of Quantitative Packaged Goods" No. 43 of the State Administration of Technical Supervision [1995]. This standard is proposed by the China Light Industry Federation. The National Technical Committee for Standardization of Fragrances, Fragrances and Cosmetics is responsible for this standard. This standard was drafted by Johnson & Johnson (China) Co., Ltd., Shanghai Jahwa United Co., Ltd. and Avon (China) Co., Ltd. The ten main drafters of this standard are: Wen Ping, Wang Saizhou, Huang Shaojuan. This standard was first issued in 1985 as the Ministry of Light Industry Standard QB966-1985 "Fragrant powder, talcum powder, and prickly heat powder", and was first revised in November 1993 as the light industry standard QB/T1859-1993 "Fragrant powder, talcum powder, and prickly heat powder". This is the second revision. From the date of implementation, this standard replaces the light industry standard QB/T1859-1993 "Fragrant powder, talcum powder, and prickly heat powder" issued by the former Ministry of Light Industry.
1 Scope

This standard specifies the terms and definitions, product classification, requirements, test methods, inspection rules and markings, packaging, transportation, and storage of scented powder, talcum powder, and prickly heat powder.
This standard applies to scented powder, talcum powder and prickly heat powder which are prepared by adding other auxiliary ingredients to powder raw materials. 2 Normative reference documents

For any referenced document with an H date, all subsequent amendments (excluding errata) or revisions are not applicable to this standard. The following terms and definitions apply to this standard. 3.1
Skin care products made from raw materials such as powder matrix, skin care and fragrance, used for human face. It has the functions of skin care, avoiding facial blemishes, and fragrant skin.
Talcum powder
Skin care and hygiene products made from raw materials such as powder matrix, sweat absorbent and fragrance, used for human body. It has the functions of sweat absorption, refreshing skin, and fragrant skin.
Prickly heat powder
It is a skin care and hygiene product made of powder matrix, sweat absorbent and bactericide. It has the functions of preventing prickly heat and removing heat. 4 Product classification
The products are divided into two categories: children's products and adult products according to the target users. 5 Requirements

6.3.1.2 Operating procedures

Weigh about 5g of powder, place it in a 120H standard sieve, brush off the powder with a soft brush, and weigh the mass of the sieved material. The test result is the average of the two data.
6.3.1.3 Calculation

8.3 Transportation
Should be loaded and unloaded with care, and stacked according to the box diagram. Avoid shaking, impact, and exposure to the sun and rain. 8.4 Storage
Should be stored in a ventilated and dry warehouse at room temperature not higher than 38℃, and should not be close to water sources, stoves or heaters. When stored, it should be at least 20cm away from the ground and at least 50cm away from the inside, and there should be a passage in the middle. Stack according to the box icon and strictly follow the first-in-first-out principle. 8.5 Shelf Life
Under the transportation and storage conditions specified by the warehouse, the shelf life of the product shall be implemented according to the sales packaging label if the packaging is intact and sealed.
