The film thickness is 0.04mm~0.06mm, and the film width is the transverse circumference of the sugar block plus 16mm~18mm. 3.2.3 Shape and size of sugar blocks Format, see Table 1. The following example indicates: Approved by China Light Industry General Association on October 11, 1996 10~12 Implemented on July 1, 1997 4 Technical requirements 4.1 Working performance of the whole machine QB/T, 2248-—1996 Serial number (product issuance serial number) Variety number (packaging machine) Category number (packaging process) Professional number (candy machinery) 4.1.1 The machine should be able to work reliably under the condition of ambient temperature of 20℃~25℃ and relative humidity not higher than 70%. 4.1.2 The candy packaging bag should be firmly sealed, with a smooth and beautiful appearance, and the qualified rate of the finished product shall not be less than 95% (except for rectangular and oblong candies). 4.1 .3 The sound pressure level of the whole machine shall not be greater than 85dB(A) (except for the vibrating hopper). 4.2 Material requirements All parts in contact with candies must be made of non-toxic, odorless, corrosion-resistant materials that meet food hygiene requirements. 4.3 Assembly requirements 4.3.1 Each transmission part should run smoothly and flexibly without jamming. The movements of each moving part should be correct, coordinated and reliable, and there should be no abnormal noise. 4.3.2 The rollers for conveying film should rotate lightly and convey the film in place. 4.3.3 The running parts of the candy blocks and the film packaging mechanism should ensure that the candy blocks pass smoothly and the longitudinal seam is centered. 4.3.4 The heat sealing roller should ensure that the edge sealing is firm and does not damage the packaging paper. 4.3.5 The cutting edge of the cutting knife should be sharp, and the cutting edge of the film should be smooth without adhesion. 4.4 Appearance quality requirements 4.4.1 The outer surface of the machine should be flat without obvious unevenness. There should be no obvious misalignment at the connection of the accessories. The welds should be symmetrical. 4.4.2 The signs, indicator signs and operation signs should be clear, firmly installed and correctly positioned. 4.4.3 The exposed screws, bolts, nuts, pins and other fasteners should not have obvious sprains. 4.4.4 The quality of paint should comply with the relevant provisions of QB/T1588.4. 4.5 Electrical safety requirements 4.5.1 The wiring of the electrical system should be neat and beautiful, well fixed, safe and reliable. The box should have a grounding device and obvious signs. 4.5.2 The electrical equipment should be installed correctly and firmly, and the wire joints must be firm and not loose. 4.5.3 The motor should be able to adjust the speed continuously and smoothly as required. The oscillating sugar feeding device must be responsive and reliable, and synchronized with the packaging speed. 4.5.4 The temperature control, safety insurance, and photoelectric automatic color identification device should work sensitively and reliably. 4.5.5 Protective devices should be installed on each exposed transmission part. 4.5.6 The insulation, withstand voltage and continuity of the protection circuit of each electrical circuit shall meet the following requirements. a) The insulation resistance between the short-circuited power circuit (including the control circuit and signal circuit connected to the power circuit) and the protection circuit (including the base) wire shall not be less than 1MQ; b) The electrical equipment must withstand a withstand voltage test of 1500V AC voltage for 1min; The resistance between the external protection wire terminal and any exposed conductor part of the electrical equipment and the casing of the machine shall not be greater than 0.12. c) 5 Test method 5.14.1, 4.2, 4.3 and 4.4 requirements shall be inspected according to the manufacturer's inspection specifications. 5.2 Electrical safety inspection QB/T 2248-1996 5.2.14.5.1, 4.5.2, 4.5.3, 4.5.4 and 4.5.5 shall be inspected by hand and visual method. 5.2.24.5.6 Test in accordance with the relevant provisions of GB/T5226. 5.3 Idle operation test 5.3.1 The main transmission mechanism of the machine shall operate at low, medium and high speeds. When operating at the highest speed, the time shall not be less than 1 hour. The idle operation time of the whole machine shall not be less than 2 hours. 5.3.2 Test items and methods a) The operation stability and reliability shall be tested by listening, visual inspection and hand feeling; b) The sound pressure level test of the whole machine shall be tested in accordance with the provisions of ZBJ50-004. 5.4 Working performance test 5.4.1 The working test conditions shall comply with the provisions of 4.1.1. 5.4.2 The packaging material shall be PT/PE roll heat-sealed composite material with a thickness of 0.045mm and a width of 77mm. The candy block shall be an oval hard candy of 26mmX18mm×10mm (or a substitute with the same specifications and quality). 5.4.3: After the machine is adjusted normally, count and check with a production capacity of 600 pieces/min and a continuous working time of 5 minutes. 5.4.4 The number of random checks on the sealing quality of wrapped candy bags shall not be less than 100, and the appearance shall be visually inspected and the seal shall not be cracked after rubbing it 5 times by hand. The qualified rate of finished wrapped candy bags shall not be less than 95%. 6 Inspection rules The inspection of this machine is divided into factory inspection and type inspection. 6.1 Factory inspection 6.1.1 Before the machine is shipped, it must be inspected and qualified by the quality inspection department of the manufacturer and accompanied by a certificate of conformity before it can leave the factory. 6.1.2 The factory inspection of this machine is 5.1, 5.2 and 5.3, and a full inspection is implemented. 6.2 Type inspection 6.2.1 Type inspection should be carried out in any of the following situations. a) www.bzxz.net Products shall be finalized and identified after trial production is completed; After formal production, if there are major changes in structure, materials, and processes that may affect product performance, an inspection shall be carried out once a year during normal production; c) When the national quality supervision agency proposes a requirement for type inspection. 6.2.2 The number of random inspections for type inspection shall be as specified in Table 2. It is allowed to adjust the relevant adjustment parts separately during the test. Type inspection shall be carried out in accordance with the provisions of 5.4. 6.3 Judgment rules 6.3.1 If any item of the factory inspection fails, the product will be judged as unqualified. 6.3.2 If one item of type inspection fails, double sampling shall be carried out according to the provisions of Table 2. If the retest still fails, the batch of products shall be considered as unqualified products. Marking, packaging, transportation, storage 7.1 Marking The label of this machine shall be fixed in an appropriate and obvious position. The type and size of the label shall comply with the provisions of QB/T13306. The content of the label shall include: a) product model and name; b) main parameters of the product; manufacturing date and factory number; d) manufacturer's name. 7.2 Packaging QB/T2248—1996 7.2.1 The packaging of this machine shall comply with the relevant provisions of ZBJ50014. 7.2.2 The code, number and name of the product standard shall be marked on the cover of the user manual of this machine. 7.2.3 The packaging box should be marked with packaging storage and transportation symbols that comply with GB/T191 regulations such as "Handle with care", "Upward", "Lift from here", "Avoid moisture", and "Center of gravity". 7.2.4 The transportation of this machine should meet the requirements of land and water transportation and loading. 7.2.5 The machine should be handled with care during transportation and loading and unloading. Inversion and stacking are strictly prohibited. 7.3 Storage 7.3.1 During the storage period of this machine, the ambient temperature should be within the range of 5℃ to 40℃. 7.3.2 The machine should be stored in a ventilated, dry warehouse without corrosive substances. 7.3.3 If the storage period of this machine exceeds six months, it should be unpacked and inspected, and the packaging should be re-oiled if necessary. 441 Tip: This standard content only shows part of the intercepted content of the complete standard.
