The seed brushing machine shall comply with the requirements of this standard and be manufactured according to the drawings and technical documents approved by the prescribed procedures. The materials used in the manufacture of the seed brushing machine must comply with the provisions of the relevant national standards and industry standards. The parts and components used in the seed brushing machine shall be inspected and qualified, and the purchased parts shall be assembled only after they have product certificates. The structure of the seed brushing machine should ensure that screens of different specifications can be easily replaced. The seed brushing gap of the seed brushing machine should be steplessly adjustable, with an adjustment range of 0~20mm. There should be observation holes at the feeding and discharging ports of the seed brushing machine to observe the movement of the material. Before assembly, all parts and components should be cleaned of impurities and dirt. Lubricating oil should be added to the mating surface. 3.2 Main performance indicators
3.2.1 The quality of the processed material shall not be lower than the third grade specified in GB6142 and GB8079. When the moisture content meets the requirements of the above standards, the processed seeds shall meet the following requirements: a. The removal rate shall not be less than 93%;
b. The total loss rate shall not be greater than 2.0%, of which the crushing rate shall be less than 1.5%; c. The kilowatt-hour productivity shall not be less than 45.0kg/(kWh). 3.2.2
The temperature of the seeds after processing shall not be higher than 40℃. The noise shall not be greater than 85dB (A).
Dust concentration is less than 10mg/m2.
The average operating time before the first failure is not less than 150h. 3.2.5
Technical requirements for main parts and components
The shaft should be made of 45 steel with mechanical properties not lower than those specified in GB699, and the hardness after quenching and tempering is 220~250HB. Approved by the Ministry of Machinery Industry on July 18, 1994

3.3.2 The pulley should be cast with HT200 with mechanical properties not lower than those specified in GB9439. 3.3.3 Gearbox
3.3.3.1 The runout of the two ends of the gearbox facing the axial hole has a tolerance of 0.05mm. 3.3.3.2 The perpendicularity tolerance of the four radial holes of the gearbox to the axial hole is 0.05mm. 3.3.4 Welding of the intermediate shaft and left and right half shafts
3.3.4.1 The runout of the two flange end holes to the center line of the step hole has a tolerance of 0.05mm. 3.3.4.2 The runout of the center line of the flange outer circle to the center of the step hole has a tolerance of 0.05mm. 3.3.5 Brush
3.3.5.1 The brush is made of nylon 1010, and the diameter of the nylon wire is 0.7mm. 3.3.5.2 The brush should be firmly tied and the brush plate should be flat and smooth. 3.3.5.3 The flatness error within the entire brush surface is less than 2.5mm. 3.3.6
Screen mesh riveting and welding: The screen mesh is tightly woven with square or round steel wire. After bending and riveting, the inner cylindrical error is less than 2.5mm, and there shall be no local depression.
3.3.7 Left and right side plate welding
3.3.7.1 The flatness tolerance of the left and right side plates after welding is 1.5mm. 3.3.7.2
After the feeding tube and the discharging tube are welded with the left and right side plates, the verticality tolerance with the bottom edge of the side plate is 2mm. 3.3.7.3 The concentricity tolerance between the screen support ring and the main shaft hole is 1.5mm. 3.3.8
Front and rear frame welding
3.3.8.1 The two crossbeams should be parallel, and the parallelism tolerance is 2mm. 3.3.9
Underframe welding: The four anchor plates should be in the same plane, and the flatness tolerance is 2mm. 3.3.10
Screw conveyor
The spiral blade is made of cold-rolled steel plates or steel strips specified in GB708. The local clearance between the spiral shaft and the blades is not more than 2mm when the steel grade is 08 or 08F as specified in GB699. The vertical deviation of the spiral blade to the conveying surface is not more than 5°. The runout of the spiral outer diameter to the supporting shaft diameter is not more than 2.5% of the spiral outer diameter. 3.3.10.4
The working surface of the blade should be flat, smooth, without cracks or burrs, and the weld should be clean. 3.4 Technical requirements for general assembly
3.4.1 Spindle assembly
3.4.1.1 The brush should be parallel to the spindle after installation, with a tolerance of 1mm. 3.4.1.2 The spindle should be installed parallel to the base frame, with a flatness of 2mm. 3.4.2
The motor belt should be moderately tight, and the two pulleys should be in the same plane, with a tolerance of 1mm. 3.4.3
The sealing cover and the observation hole cover should be tightly closed, and no dust should be allowed to seep out. The clearance adjustment range between the brush surface and the inner side of the screen is 0~20mm. There should be no seed leakage at the junction of the screen and the frame. The screw conveyor should be installed parallel to the main shaft, and its parallelism tolerance is 2.5mm. 3.5 Safety requirements
3.5.1 Exposed rotating parts should be equipped with safety protection covers. 3.6 Appearance quality
Painting should comply with the provisions of JB/T5673. JB/T7287—1994
Products shipped from the factory should not have local paint loss or paint leakage. 3.6.3
The surface of the whole machine should be flat, and the steel plate parts should not have indentations or damage, and the edges should be smooth and free of burrs. Inspection rules
4.1 Each product must be inspected and qualified by the quality management department before it can be shipped, and it must be accompanied by a product inspection certificate. 4.2 Factory inspection
4.2.1 Before the product leaves the factory, an idle running test shall be carried out for not less than 30 minutes, and the following requirements shall be met: a. Normal start-up and smooth operation. There shall be no jamming or friction in the operating parts; b. The operating system shall be accurate and reliable, and the adjustment mechanism shall be flexible; c. There shall be no loosening of the fastening parts;
d. The temperature of each bearing shall not exceed 70°C.
Other requirements shall comply with the provisions of Articles 3.4 and 3.6.3 of this standard. 4.2.2
If there are unqualified items in the factory inspection results, re-inspect the items after repair. If the re-inspection still fails, the product shall be treated as unqualified. 4.3 Type inspection
Type inspection shall be carried out in any of the following situations: a. Trial and final product identification for new products or old products transferred to the factory for production; b. After formal production, if there are major changes in structure, materials, and processes that may affect product performance; c. During normal production, a type inspection is carried out every three years; d. When the product is stopped for more than two years and production is resumed; e. When the factory inspection results are significantly different from the last type inspection; f. When the national quality supervision agency proposes a type inspection requirement. 4.3.2
Type inspection shall be carried out in accordance with the items specified in Articles 3.2 to 3.6 of this standard. The inspection batch is 9 to 15 units, and a normal inspection sampling plan is adopted. The classification of unqualified products and the sampling inspection plan are shown in Table 1. 4.3.4.1When the number of unqualified items in the inspected category is less than or equal to the qualified judgment number Ac, the category is judged as qualified. When the number of unqualified items in the inspected category is greater than or equal to the unqualified judgment number Re, the category is judged as unqualified. 4.3.4.2
4.3.4.3When the inspected products are judged as qualified in categories A, B, and C, the entire batch of products is judged as qualified; otherwise, it is judged as unqualified. Marking, packaging, transportation, storage

Packaging, transportation
When packaging, the bottom frame can be removed and packaged separately. 5.2.1
The packaging specifications and transportation marks shall comply with the regulations of the transportation department. The accessories, fittings and tools accompanying the product shall be complete. The accompanying documents are:
a. Product certificate;
b. Instruction manual;
c. Packing list;
d. User feedback form.
5.3 Storage
a. The machine should be placed in a dry and ventilated place; b. When stored outdoors, rain protection measures should be taken. Quality assurance period
If the user complies with the provisions of the product instruction manual, within one year from the date of the user's pick-up, if the product cannot work normally due to poor manufacturing quality, the manufacturer shall repair or replace it for the user free of charge. Additional instructions:
