3 General Principles
Product varieties are the basic calculation units of national economic statistics and accounting. Standardization and filing of such products are the key to the information and management of product varieties.
The purpose of this standard:
a) To establish and improve product variety archives;

3.2 Principles and regulations

3.2.4 The filling of variety cards shall comply with the provisions of Article 6 of GB/T16707.11996, and the filled content must comply with the provisions of the standard. 3.2.5 Variety cards should be filled in with permanent handwriting, and the handwriting should be neat and clear. 3.2.6 New product designs should be filled in with 15 variety cards, which will be reviewed and filed as necessary materials for identification: product production finalization and formal production of variety cards, pick and number, copy, and provide for use. 3.2.7 Units that are willing to establish variety cards for the first time should deal with products that still have production capacity by the time the card is established (including small batch production, small batch production, rotation production and second production) Fill out the variety card for each product. Products that have been clearly replaced by a certain product and will no longer be produced in the future will not be registered. 3.2.8 Each filed variety card must be signed and sealed by the standardization reviewer and the chief engineer (or the technical person in charge of the enterprise entrusted by him). 4 Management regulations
4.1 Each production enterprise shall have a dedicated (part-time) person responsible for the registration of variety cards. 4.2 Variety cards shall be included in the unified management of the enterprise product files. The file management shall comply with relevant national regulations. 4.3 Variety cards are divided into original cards and duplicate cards. The original cards are kept in the enterprise files for reference and the duplicate cards are available for reference. 4.4 Variety cards are registered in the file, that is, fill in the "Product Variety File Registration Form (hereinafter referred to as the "Registration Form"). 4.5 The registration form shall comply with the provisions of Table 1, Table 1, Table 2 and Table 4. The paper size is 188mm1×260mtn (length×width). The paper quality shall comply with the provisions of GB 12654 A (weight is 70 g/tm). 4.6 Variety cards should be stored in card boxes (or cards) for easy reading. 4.7 The storage order of variety cards should be based on the classification code. The cards in each card box should be arranged in the order of their variety codes.
4.8 When the content of the archived variety changes, the "Product Variety Archive Card Change History Table" (referred to as the change table) should be filled in in time, and after copying and stamping with the official seal, it should be sent to the original card and the copy card collection and storage unit: the collection and storage unit is responsible for changing or supplementing the variety. For varieties that have stopped production, the time should be filled in the "Time of Stopping Production" column on the variety card, and this card should be put into separate management and registered in the remarks column of the registration form.
4.9 The change table should comply with the provisions of Table 2.
4.10 The enterprise fills in the annual change card of the product variety archive card in early January of each year, namely "Product Variety Annual Production, Quality and Sales Tree", stamps it with the official seal and sends it to the variety card collection and storage unit. It can also be copied and provided for use according to the needs of relevant departments. 4.11 “Annual production, quality and sales volume card of product varieties” shall comply with the provisions of Table 3: the paper quality shall comply with the provisions of Grade A paper in 2Y32024 (the quantitative quantity is 200R/m.
4.12 The enterprise shall fill out the “Annual Cleanup Verification Form of Product Varieties” (hereinafter referred to as the Verification Form) in January each year, affix the official seal and send it to the variety card collection site and relevant departments (divisions) of the enterprise.
