Basic Technical Conditions for Bulb-Type Hydroelectric Generators 1 Subject Content and Scope of Application
JB/T707193
This standard specifies the basic technical requirements, test acceptance, supply range, packaging, transportation and storage, and manufacturer's guarantee for bulb-type hydroelectric generators.
This standard applies to 3-phase, 50Hz, horizontal-axis bulb-type salient-pole synchronous generators (hereinafter referred to as bulb-type hydroelectric generators) directly connected to turbines?
Any matters not specified in this standard shall comply with the relevant provisions of GB7894. 2 Reference standardsbzxz.net

3 Technical requirements
Basic technical conditions for hydro-turbine generators
3.1 The river water temperature used for cooling bulb-type hydro-turbine generators shall be specified in the technical agreement according to the user's requirements and shall generally not exceed 30°C. 3.2 The rated power factor of bulb-type hydro-turbine generators is: not less than 0.85 (lagging) for rated power of 5MVA and below. a.
b. not less than 0.90 (lagging) for rated power greater than 5MVA but not exceeding 10MVA. , not less than 0.92 (lagging) for rated power greater than 10MVA but not exceeding 20MVA. c.
d., not less than 0.95 (lagging) for rated power greater than 20MVA. - Bulb-type hydro-turbine generators with other power factors are allowed to be manufactured according to the technical agreement between the manufacturer and the ordering party. It is allowed to increase the active power of bulb-type hydro-turbine generator to the rated apparent power by increasing the power factor. 3.3 Bulb-type hydro-turbine generator shall not be operated in phase modulation. 3.4 The shell of the components of bulb-type hydro-turbine generator working in flowing water shall be sealed, and its protection level shall be IPX8 according to GB4942.1. 3.5 Bulb-type hydro-turbine generator generally adopts a closed strong pursuit circulation ventilation cooling system. Under the condition that the temperature of each component of the generator does not exceed that specified in Table 2 of GB7894, the cold air temperature is allowed to exceed 40℃. The cooling method of hot air shall be selected by the hydro-turbine generator manufacturer and agreed by the ordering party. 3.6 When the air cooler of bulb-type hydro-turbine generator adopts closed circulating water cooling, the circulating water used shall be softened, anti-corrosion and other water quality treatments.
3.7 Bulb-type hydro-turbine generator shall be equipped with positive thrust bearings and reverse thrust bearings to withstand the axial positive and reverse water thrusts transmitted by the turbine runner.
3.8 The bulb-type hydro-turbine generator can be equipped with an oil pressure jacking and load-reducing device on the radial bearing or the radial bearing and the forward thrust bearing as required, which can be used during the start-up and shutdown of the unit.
3.9 The bulb-type hydro-turbine generator and the turbine should have a common bearing oil supply system (including a high-level oil tank and a return oil tank). 3.10 The high-level oil tank of the bulb-type hydro-turbine generator should be able to supply lubricating oil to the generator and turbine bearings for 5 minutes when the oil supply system fails. 3.11 The thrust bearing and radial bearing of the bulb-type hydro-turbine generator are allowed to start when the bearing lubricating oil temperature is not less than 20℃. Approved by the Ministry of Machinery Industry on October 8, 1993
Implemented on January 1, 1994
JB/T7071-93
3.12 In order to measure the temperature of the forward thrust bearing and the radial bearing, at least two signal thermometers and two resistance thermometers shall be placed in the forward thrust bearing bushing: at least one signal thermometer and one resistance thermometer shall be placed in the radial bearing bushing. The measurement method of the bearing lubricating oil temperature shall be specified in the special technical conditions. 3.13 The frame of the bulb-type hydro-turbine generator with radial bearings installed inside shall allow double amplitude vibration in the vertical direction under rated conditions, referring to the provisions of Table 4 of GB7894.
3.14 The bulb-type hydro-turbine generator and the auxiliary machines directly or indirectly connected to it shall be able to operate at the runaway speed for 2 minutes without harmful deformation.
When the ordering party requires the operation time at the runaway speed to exceed 2 minutes, the supply and demand parties shall specify it in the technical agreement. When the speed control system is working normally, the bulb-type turbine generator is allowed to be connected to the grid without inspection after load shedding. 3.15 The average sound pressure level of the noise of the bulb-type turbine generator at 1m away from the channel inlet and outlet should not exceed 85dB (A). 3.16
The bulb-type turbine generator should be equipped with a lighting device inside the bulb head. The bulb-type turbine generator should be equipped with a moisture-proof device for use during long-term shutdown; anti-condensation measures should generally be taken in the parts prone to condensation. 3.17
The bulb-type turbine generator can be equipped with a mechanical locking device as needed to prevent the rotating part from rotating during inspection or maintenance. 3.18
The bulb-type turbine generator generally adopts a static excitation system or an AC exciter excitation system. 3.20
The bulb-type turbine generator generally adopts a residual pressure frequency measurement or a gear speed measurement device to provide a speed signal. 4 Scope of complete set supply
The scope of complete set supply of bulb-type hydro-turbine generators shall comply with the provisions listed in Chapter 3 of GB7894. 5 Test items and acceptance rules
5.1 The test items and acceptance rules of bulb-type hydro-turbine generators shall comply with the provisions listed in Chapter 4 of GB7894. 5.2 Special test items shall be agreed upon by the hydro-turbine generator manufacturer and the ordering party and specified in the technical agreement. 6 Marking, packaging, transportation and storage
The marking, packaging, transportation and storage of bulb-type hydro-turbine generators shall comply with the provisions of Chapter 5 of GB7894. 7 Manufacturer's guarantee
7.1 Under the conditions of proper storage, installation and use by the user in accordance with the provisions of this standard and relevant technical documents, the manufacturer shall ensure that the bulb-type hydro-turbine generators meet the requirements of this standard.
7.2 The guaranteed operation period shall be two years from the date when the bulb-type hydro-turbine generator is put into operation, but shall not exceed three years from the date when the last batch of goods is shipped. During this period, if the equipment is damaged or cannot work properly due to poor manufacturing, the manufacturer shall repair or replace it for the user free of charge. Additional remarks:
