7.4 Three levels of AQL values
7.4.1 The qualified quality level of transport aircraft is specified according to the three levels of qualified products, first-class products and superior products, that is, the AQL value is specified according to the unqualified classification. The AQL value is the number of unqualified products per hundred units. 7.5 Sampling plan
7.5.1 This standard is based on the normal sampling plan specified in GB2828, and specifies the use of special inspection level S-1. In general, the inspection batch N=26~50 units. 7.5.2
7.5.3 This standard specifies the sample size F-2, and the inspection is carried out according to the items listed in Table 1. When sampling, it should also consider adding 1~2 spare machines, which are only used when the quality problems of non-products themselves make it impossible to conduct normal tests and make correct judgments. 6
7.5.4 The sampling plan is shown in Table 14.
7.6 Implementation of sampling inspection
JB/T50104—1997
7.6.1 Samples should be drawn on the production line of the manufacturer, and the samples drawn should be qualified products of the corresponding grade. 7.6.2 Sampling must be carried out suddenly and randomly. It is recommended to use random number table sampling. 7.6.3 For the reliability test, two samples are randomly selected. 7.7 Evaluation of sampling inspection
7.7.1 According to the sampling plan specified in 7.5, the samples are checked. When the number of unqualified samples is less than or equal to Ac, it is evaluated as qualified; when it is greater than or equal to Re, it is evaluated as unqualified. When all categories are qualified, they are finally evaluated as qualified; when any one or more categories are evaluated as unqualified, they are finally evaluated as unqualified.
7.7.2 When evaluating the grade of transport aircraft, according to the sampling plan, if one category reaches a higher grade and some categories reach a lower grade, they should be rated according to the lower grade during the evaluation.
7.7.3 If the reliability test does not meet the requirements, the grade of the product is still evaluated as unqualified. 7.7.4 During the entire performance test, if serious failures and fatal failures occur due to product quality problems, the inspection will be stopped and the product will be treated as unqualified.
For products with a certain grade, the grade of each conveyor leaving the factory should not be higher than the grade. Table 14 Sampling plan

6.3 Inspection test method
6.3.1 Acceptance
JB/T50104-1997
Check whether the tested machine is consistent with the pumping machine list, whether all equipments are complete, and whether all parts are operating normally. 6.3.2 Appearance quality inspection
3 to 5 people from different departments shall evaluate the appearance quality of the tested machine, whether the overall layout is coordinated and reasonable, etc. and score them on a 10-point scale, and take the average value.
6.3.3 Paint quality inspection
The paint quality shall be inspected in accordance with JB/T5673, and the paint film adhesion performance shall be inspected in accordance with the method of ZBT60006. 6.3.4 Safety protection inspection
Inspect in accordance with the requirements of 5.14.
6.3.5 Lighting, signal devices and instrument inspections shall be inspected item by item in accordance with the relevant provisions of GB7258.
6.3.6 Running-in
Perform in accordance with the instructions for use, and any faults that occur during the running-in period shall be recorded. 6.3.7 Steering wheel free travel
The transporter shall be parked in the straight-ahead position, and its free travel shall be measured with a steering angle force meter. 6.3.8 Test according to the provisions of JB/T7235
Control force, engine rated power, maximum speed, gliding distance, minimum stable speed, fuel economy, braking performance, noise, free acceleration smoke, low temperature starting performance, dump box inclination, lifting time and self-descent rate, etc. 6.3.9 Braking stability measurement
Draw a 2.3m test track edge line on the test road surface, and after the test transporter drives along the center line of the test track to a speed higher than the specified initial speed, put the gearbox in neutral, and when it glides to the specified initial speed, suddenly step on the brake to stop the transporter. 6.3.10 Sealing inspection
During the entire test process, the sealing conditions of various places should be carefully checked at any time, and the oil leakage, water leakage, and air leakage should be handled, analyzed and recorded.
