Test method
Place the instrument on the platform of the horizontal optical comparator: the moving direction of the movable claw is consistent with the direction of the normal optical tube, connect the measuring head of the horizontal optical comparator with the intruder, and rotate it. Turn the micro-movement end to make the negative direction of the instrument indicator needle face zero. At this time, the reading light tube should also be at the next degree. Return the indicator needle. Turn the micro-movement screw. Check the pointer within -0.05mm, -0.04mm, -0.03mm, -0.02mm, -0.01mm, 0mm, 0.01mm, 002mm: 0.03mm, 0.04mm, 0.05mm. Record the number of each point from the reading light tube. The maximum difference is the average value. The dynamic calibration of the indication value must be repeated five times at any position according to the above method. Take the maximum difference of the five results. The parallelism of the working surface of the A2 attachment block is verified by contact interference with the center length of the working surface and four points around it. A3 accessory: The size difference of the front and rear working surfaces of the blocks will be measured after the front and rear blocks are ground together. Use a contact interferometer to check whether the working surface of the block 1 and the working surface of the cushion block are in the same plane L.
