This standard specifies the dimensional tolerances for lead-acid batteries Dimensional tolerances of rubber and plastic parts (hereinafter referred to as dimensional tolerances). This standard applies to tolerances for injection molded plastic parts and compression molded rubber parts. Code, grade, numerical value and labeling of dimensional tolerances 2
2.1
The tolerance grade of dimension tolerances is divided into 7 levels (levels 1 to 7). See Table 1 for values ??at each level. The upper and lower deviations of the basic dimensions can be allocated according to the design requirements
For example: the basic size is 13, the tolerance level is level 4, the tolerance value is 0.50, the upper and lower deviations can be allocated as 13±0:, 13±0.25, 13-8.5, 13+9.”, etc.
