The general type is suitable for cutting ordinary carbon tangled steel pipes, codenamed "GT" (as shown in Figure 1). The light type is suitable for cutting plastic pipes and copper pipes, codenamed "GQ" (as shown in Figure 2). 3.2 Specifications and basic parameters The specifications of the cutter are divided into four types according to the maximum outer diameter and wall thickness of the pipe that can be cut, and the codes are No. 1, No. 2, No. 3, and No. 4. The basic parameters of the cutter are shown in Table 1. Example: The general-purpose cutting knife No. 2 should be marked as pipe cutting knife GT-2QB/T2350 4 Technical requirements 4.1 Materials In addition to complying with the provisions of Table 2, the materials of the main parts of the cutting knife can also be made of other materials that can meet the requirements of this standard. Table 3 Test selected pipe Specification code Outer diameter × wall thickness 33.50X3.25 114×4 Nominal diameter 1GQ type cutter test selected pipe materials and specifications in accordance with GB/T1528 2GT type cutter test selected pipe materials and specifications in accordance with GB/T 3091. 4.4 Assembly requirements Number of rotations 2 times or less 2.5 times or less 3 times or less 3.5 times or less 4.4.1 The slider of the cutter should be able to move flexibly on the guide rail of the cutter body, and the blade and roller should be able to rotate freely. Torque/N·m 4.4.2 The blade should be interchangeable (blade size see Appendix A). When interchangeable, the blade should be able to cooperate with the cutter body without any processing. 4.4.3 The cutter rotates one circle on the pipe wall, and the knife marks must overlap. 4.5 Surface quality The surface of the cutter shall not have cracks and harmful scars, burrs, rust, and the casting surface shall not have obvious defects such as sand holes and pores. 4.5.1 The decorative protective coating on the surface of the cutter should be uniform and bright in color, and there should be no defects such as delamination, bubbles, and flow marks. 5 Test method Hardness test -r KAON KAca- QB/T2350--1997 Hardness is tested in accordance with the provisions of GB/T230, and the test position should be on the end face of each part. 5.2 Sharpness test The test is carried out in accordance with the provisions of Table 3. The cutter is installed on the test tube, and the handle or hand wheel is rotated to make the blade cut into the test tube. Then the torque value specified in Table 3 is added to the end of the screw rod. Within the specified number of turns, the test tube should be cut. At this time, the parts of the cutter should not be permanently deformed or damaged. This test is generally carried out during type inspection. 5.3 Assembly performance test 5.3.1 The flexibility of the slider moving on the guide rail of the cutter body is tested by hand feel. 5.3.2 Randomly select the blade and interchange it without any processing. 5.3.3 As shown in Figure 3, clamp one end of a round steel bar with a surface roughness R value not greater than 3.2um with a bench vise. After the cutter rotates one circle on the test bar, the cutting track must overlap. Bench vise 5.4 Surface quality Cutting track The surface quality of the cutter is visually inspected and must comply with the provisions of 4.5. 6 Inspection rules 6.1 Products must pass the inspection before leaving the factory, and a product certificate must be attached. Cutting knife 6.2 The acceptance inspection of the cutting knife shall be carried out according to the secondary sampling plan specified in GB/T2828. The classification of unqualified products, inspection items, qualified quality level (AQL), number of unqualified products per 100 units of products), and inspection level IL are shown in Table 4. Table 4 Classification of non-conforming Inspection items 4.2 Hardness 4.4 Assembly requirements 4.5 Surface quality Qualified quality level AQL 6.3 Products rejected after inspection can be classified or repaired by the manufacturer and resubmitted for inspection. 6.4 When one of the following situations occurs, the cutter should generally be subjected to type inspection. a) When the product is transferred to another production line, transferred to another factory, or resumed after suspension; b) When the product has a major change or redesign in structure, material, or process; c) Under normal circumstances, the product should be inspected once every two years. 692 Inspection level I QB/T 2350—1997 6.5 The type inspection of the cutter shall be carried out according to the secondary sampling plan specified in GB/T2829. The inspection items, nonconforming quality level (RQL) (number of nonconforming products per 100 units) and discrimination level (DL) are shown in Table 5. Table 5 Nonconforming classification Packaging, marking, transportation and storage Inspection items 4.2 Hardness 4.3 Sharpness 4.4 Assembly requirements 4.5 Surface quality Unqualified quality level RQL The packaging, marking, transportation and storage of cutting knives shall comply with the provisions of GB/T5305. riKAoNiKAca- A1 Blade type (Figure A1) Basic dimensions of blades (Table A1) Specification code QB/T 2350-1997 Appendix A (Suggestive Appendix) Blades of cutting knives Figure A Blade type Basic dimensions, mm Tip: This standard content only shows part of the intercepted content of the complete standard.
